Needed something small to fit in front of the middle section of a sofa with reclining seats on both ends.This ottoman was right sized because both recliners could be in use without the ottoman being in the way. Decorative stitching on lid adds visual interest. Storage under the lid provides a nice compartment for a throw. Flip the lid over and you have a serving tray or a place to hold remotes, phones, glasses, coffee cups, etc. There are 4 short, squatty feet on the bottom of the ottoman, so it is slightly elevated off the floor. This storage ottoman looks good if you don’t look too closely–the faux leather is thin and cheap. Nobody will ever mistake this for a high-end piece, but it serves the purpose for the cost conscious.

I bought 2 in blue for in front of the couch. They are wearing well; it’s been about a year I think. I love that they are light enough it’s not a chore to move them when I need to and can flip them when we have appetizers in the living room. Friends liked them so much they bought 2 in brown and you’d think it was a custom order, they match their couch so well!

These are good looking ottomans and very functional for storage. They are well made and the trays when flipped over look nice as well. The ottomans are also very sturdy for sitting. These are a nice addition to my mother’s living room to keep the space open and easy to navigate without a coffee table.

But I’m giving it 3 stars because of the amount of dents on the wooden part and wear of the material. It has marks on literally every corner. If it was second hand I wouldn’t complain as much, but this item is supposed to be new?The material itself feels very good to the touch, but from what I’m seeing it won’t be lasting as well considering it’s already wearing on the corners which is very disappointing.

These are so functional. They have a lot of room for storage. The tops flip over so you can use as a tray or a seat. They are light enough to move around the living room to use as extra seating, or you can put your feet up on them as an ottoman. We combined four of them to use at our sectional. We have a cat that loves to scratch furniture and he has shown no interest in the fabric on these.

Would highly recommend buying. I bought this to go with a leather – look bench in the same color, denim. The bench/coffee table was from a different manufacturer but they matched, looks like they belong together as a 2 piece set. Even the cushion tops have the same stitching design. Looks like real leather but isn’t. Easy to clean, just wipe off. The top flips over to make a tray top table for holding drinks, a plate of food, books, etc. Lots of storage inside. I was concerned about the bottom scrubbing on the floor because the photos of it show it as appearing to have no legs. But when I opened the box, was pleasantly surprised to see that it has 4 thick plastic discs on the bottom, one on each corner. The discs elevate it off the floor a little bit, enough to protect the leather – like fabric on the bottom. Comes assembled. Easy to clean, just wipe off. The tray lid is black wood underneath & has carved out handles on each side. A great little foot ottoman & sofa/chair table. Just the right height for any sofa or upholstered chair. Large amount of storage inside for blankets, throws, books, etc. Love mine ! The denim color I purchased is a beautiful blue. Ships quickly & is well packaged. Comes assembled. Mine was delivered by UPS to my door.
