Itâs a great desk
Shipping was fast as usual and it was very easy to put together. It was also helpful that all of the tools needed for assembly were included though to be honest assembly was basically tightening a few screws. Very simple. The desk itself is very sturdy and easily adjusts to any height you may need. It also gives space underneath for a walking treadmill. Iâm using it for my home office. Would recommend to anyone.

My space is very small, so I needed something that wasnât bulky, and this was just the thing! Four stars only because it isnât able to hold a lot of weight; however, for just my laptop or a book, it works perfectly. It was easy to put together and for the price, I am very pleased with it.

Nice portable standing desk!
I will start by saying that I do have a large electric/motorized standing desk at my home office which I enjoy and you really canât beat the convenience of adjusting automatically. However, I went on vacation and had to do some school work so I was looking for something affordable. I found this gem and purchased it with really no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at its stability. I am very tall and at the highest height works well for standing and it fit my needs. The manual adjustment takes some getting used to but I figured that out. The weight of the box was not that heavy and it was easy to put together in under 20 mins. Appearance wise, the table top is sleek and has ample width for me to be able to fit my laptop and my portable monitor with room for a few books. I drove so of course I decided to take this home with me and it will be coming with me for future road trips. I recently had emergency surgery and of course this is helping me during my recovery to keep up with my work as you can see from the picture. Iâm glad I purchased this. If you arenât able to splurge on a motorized desk, this is awesome and I am glad I now have the convenience of changing my work space and not confined to my basement all day lol!

Not Easily Adjustable
Positives:–Color of the desktop–Desktop has a good amount of space, but small enough to easily tuck the table in a corner–Assembly was fairly straightforward, I figured it out–If you wanted to use it with a walking pad, it feels sturdy and probably wide enoughNegatives (sorry y’all):–I figured assembly out but the instructions could have been more clear. It was a lot of tiny diagrams and arrows.–Height is adjusted by removing/inserting two very LONG screw-in knobs. You’ll be screwing/unscrewing until the end of time! There are two other shorter knobs facing outward from the front of the desk. I have no idea what these are for – they do not help with height adjustment. I thought that I had used the incorrect knobs but the shorter knobs don’t fit in the holes on the side of the desk.–For when you’re in a seated position: there is a bar connecting the legs together underneath the table. I am unable to sit completely underneath it (with the desk touching my torso) without bumping my legs on the bar. I’m not a tall person – 5’3″ / 160.02 cm. To be fair, the product description gave measurements/photos and it’s intended to be more of a standing desk anyway.If you’re looking for a desk that easily adjusts between standing/sitting, this may not be the one for you. If you want to use it only in the standing position, go for it!

Meets My Needs
I started looking for a standing desk to use in case I got a remote sales closing job since you feel more confident when standing. I also thought it would help me record videos of myself at a better height. I wanted it to be adjustable so that I could sit and stand without having to buy two separate desks. I’m short, so I was also nervous that a regular standing desk might be too high. Interestingly, when I looked through reviews on other desks, some people said they were too short. I decided to try this desk out since no one complained about the height, it was the perfect size for the space I wanted to put it in my room, has wheels, is black, easy to put together, and has a nice design on the bottom. A lot of reviews said that adjustable desks can be wobbly. My main worry was that my cat would get on top of the table and it would not be able to handle his weight plus my laptop. So far so good. It was easy to put together once I was able to figure out which screws were which. The design is a little weird to me, since you put in screws to hold the sides up to a higher height and then adjust it by losening and tightening knobs on the front. It takes a little while to adjust the height because of that, but I would rather do that and have it secure than use a lever that pinches your finger as I saw on another desk’s review. The only thing about that setup is that with the screws holding the sides up to a certain hieght, it was too higher for me to comfortably sit. I took the screws back out sot hat the sides are down as far as possible. I can now sit at an okay height, although it still feels like it should be a bit lower, but if I had an adjustable computer chair instead of an exercise ball it would probably work perfectly. The only annoyance about having it set up this way is that when I do decide to raise it to standing height I will have to put the screws back in and then take them back out again to lower it again. This also wouldn’t be that annoying except that the wrench doesn’t hold onto the screw that well, so it takes longer than it should to tighten and loosen it. But overall, it’s a great desk. I like the look and feel of it. It’s the perfect size for my laptop and a drink, or my laptop and my cat.
