REALLY NICE and feature filled!
This is my 3rd different smart lock deadbolt set we have gotten for the home and this one is, by far, the best one yet! It is easily installed, feature filled, smart home ready, app controlled with no home hub required and looks a good as it works.My favorite features are the compatibility with Alexa… my lazy rear doesn’t even have to leave the couch to unlock the door for the wife. I just tell Alexa to do it or pull up my app and “viola” , it’s done LOL. I also enjoy that it logs who and when it was locked or unlocked… no longer to we have to guess who did what… I have it right on my phone… BUT… we never have to worry about leaving the house unlocked by mistake… my favorite feature by far is that not only does it send me a notice if left unlocked for too long… but I can set an auto lock feature that after so long it will automatically lock if I want it to! It does NOT require a hub, just a wifi connection for the lock and a phone app for control. It is easy to set up and control as I find the app pretty intuitive. And we’re just scratching the surface of what it can do. Have family coming for the summer? You can assign PIN codes for a ton of different people and when they leave you simply delete their access… or, for that mother-in-law you don’t seem to ever see eye to eye with… give her a code… when she leaves in the morning, simply delete her acces and that problem is solved! That alone makes this thing worth it’s weight in GOLD!

Helped my partner inside without keys already
Really useful door lock and easy to set up. I actually already had it solve a potentially costly problem when my wife arrived home on an Uber drive and realized she didn’t have keys and I was hours away. This thing actually unlocked the door perfectly even on the garbage mobile signal I had at the time. I tried setting it up with my Alexa as well, and found that while it is super easy to do, it’s kinda something you don’t find yourself ever needing to use; anytime you’d want to use Alexa it would just be easier to use the app, especially as most people always have their phone handy and not an Alexa device. It feels heavy duty as well, which was one of my main concerns, as there’s no point to a door lock that someone could break off easily. I feel for the price the product does a great job, everything it is advertised as being able to do it does in a very easy to understand manner to anyone that is even slightly technically inclined.
