Easy to install, Easy to use
The lock came nicely packed. Installation was super easy following the instructions. I really like the multiple options of unlocking. Fob, finger print and Bluetooth unlock were all pretty responsive. And as a plus, it looks slick too.

Great product and customer service
I have returned 2 similar locks for various reasons. Inconsistent operation, poor and incomplete installation and operating instructions. Also, the app logic was unclear and confusing.Not so with KUCACCI products. The difference was amazing. App logic makes sense, instructions are clear complete and easy to follow, and locks work flawlessly. Now for the best part. I contacted customer service and received clear and personable response within 24 hours! Who does that!!Stick with KUCACCI and you wont be sorry!Al Oak

Mostly Great
Overall this is a fantastic product for the price. Love the look and feel, people compliment my lock which is saying something. I like the voice feedback and self locking. Install was very easy and straightforward.I don’t love the app connectivity. It’s a little wonky because you basically have to wake the lock by touching it or interacting with it in order to control it with the app. So to change codes or any other settings I essentially have to be next to the lock. The fingerprint reader is so so, works well for me, others have mixed results. As long as they have a code it’s not a huge deal. I guess I would say don’t count on it to be 100%, have a backup just in case. All in all I’m happy with the quality.

I like this lock so much
I like this lock so much. The fingerprint recognition is very fast, even faster than my Mac Air. You can use passwords, fingerprints, and remote passwords through the APP. I haven’t even figured out the other functions yet. It’s very convenient. The price is about the same as the lock I bought before that can only use passwords. It’s worth the money. I highly recommend it. There is nothing that makes me feel imperfect.

Customer service is all over the place
Update: After posting my original review they then reached out when they saw my review and offered me a refund and a partial way of solving my issue, a free Bridge. I said I agreed and would definitely update my review tonreflect their prompt response and willingness to try and solve the problem, my choice they never asked. They then ignored my messages for a week and didn’t follow through on their resolution. They offered the refund first I never ask or initiated a full return before then. Whats the point of offering a resolution and then never following through on it. I was actually going to give them another chance and purchase some knobs for additional doors but will never consider or recommend them to any clients or people I interact with. Not to mention the latest that keep the battery doors in place already shaped off the first time I went to change the batteries.Original Review:I bought two of these door knobs and 1 of the matching deadbolt. Got them all installed and go to do the app setup portion and turns out the knobs and the deadbolt aren’t controlled by the same app. So I have to have two completely separate apps to control my locks and then they use different wifi bridges as well and now I’m forced to spend another $35-$40 if I want the full functionality. No where in either products description are these pointed out.

Great lock, super service!
I would give the Kucacci smart lock a 5-star rating based on the quality of the lock, its ease of installation, and the clarity of the installation manual. But thereâs more to it.After physically installing the lock without any issues, I lost the manual and ran into a problem while trying to connect the TTLock app to the lock. I realized I needed support, so I emailed support@kucacci.com on December 5th at 4:56 PM, expecting a response within a day or two. To my surprise, they replied at 7:52 PM the same day, providing clear instructions on how to pair the lock. Their guidance worked like a charm when I tried it the next day, and I proceeded to set up the app successfully.However, I then faced another issue: the lock made noises when controlled by the app, but the bolt didnât move. I emailed support again at 2:42 PM. In less than six hours, they responded with detailed instructions and offered to have their engineers check a video of the issue if needed. Fortunately, their instructions resolved the problem immediately.My experience with Kucacci support was outstanding. Their team was incredibly fast, provided simple, easy-to-follow instructions with helpful images, and efficiently solved my problems.I would recommend this lock based on its quality alone, but thanks to the exceptional customer service, I highly recommend any Kucacci product!
