Good product
I ordered this lock to restrict access to unfamiliar guests, and facilitate tenants access to the building. I have to say the product works. Installation did take much longer than expected but it doesnât take away from the great features. Although, the upper part of the lock isnât as tight to the door as the bottom, since itâs only secured from one point. That could let rain to seep in. Other than that great product.

Pretty nice and easy to install
These are pretty nice and easy to install, but the door has a difficult time recognizing people’s fingerprints. I finally created several profiles for the same person and listed each person’s name as “name.thumb1”, “name.thumb2” etc. So that several of the same person’s thumb/fingerprint could be scanned so that there is a better chance of the person’s fingerprint being recognized. It still has issues, but not as often.I have no problems with the key card or manually putting in the code. I bought 6 of these for my house and all work fine except one. The one says it is “unlocked”, but you have to lift up the handle all the way and then push it down to actually open the door.I also believe that by having the raised keypads instead of the touch screen ones, that it is easier to put in the codes in the wet rainy weather along with when we get snow. It is also easier to feel the keys for visually challenged people having the keypads raised when you can feel the individual buttons.I really like the doors and I have been happy with my purchase.

Very unhappy with both purchases!
Very unsatisfied with my purchases. I ordered 2 of these locks and they were used for less than 3 months and both of the handles snapped off. I directly emailed the company to ask for replacements due to a faulty product but have not been contacted. I was very excited with the purchase, the installation and how well they worked initially but now I am scared that this company will not follow through in providing necessary customer service to improve customer satisfaction.

Easy to installed and program
Always wanted this kind of lock and this did not disappoint me. Easy to enter passwords and installed on my door.

Just installed it in Canada where it gets to -20 Celsius and works so far. But what they don’t tell you is if you want to unlock it using WiFi you need to buy a wifi hub for $50. So the wifi part is a lie with out paying extra for the hub. Just an FYI
