Smart lock
This smart lock is aesthetically pleasing and easy to install. It features fingerprint unlocking, password unlocking, card unlocking, and key unlocking, and can also be remotely controlled via a program on a mobile app to lock or unlock. The app is simple and easy to use. You no longer have to worry about forgetting your keys when you go out. I highly recommend this smart lock.

Well designed, but had problems
Everything was well packaged with custom foam inserts for all of the parts and hardware. The kit included everything needed for installation, including instructions. The instructions, however, had some issues (more on that later).We got this lock set to replace our previous electronic lock that stopped working properly. This meant that we were able to use the existing holes for the door handle and deadbolt. Due to the design of the door handle, we did need to drill an additional hole to secure the bottom of the long handle. Even though templates were provided for the other holes, they did not include a template to mark this hole. The instructions had a diagram indicating the location and measurements. The trickiest part of this was getting the bolt to match up with the threaded sleeve coming from the outside. This sleeve does not reach all the way through the door. It would probably not be an issue for a solid wood door but we have an insulation filled hollow door.Everything was going well until I went to install the inside door handle. Our door opens inward and to the left, so when I installed the lever style door handle facing to the left, I found out that it would only unlatch the door when the lever was pulled up, not pushed down. I checked the latch mechanism itself, but it only releases in one direction. This issue was not addressed in the instructions at all, so it may be a malfunction. The back of the handle does have a metal clip which is removable and allows you to rotate the mechanism 180Â° but you need a special spanner to remove the clip easily. This was extremely annoying. Once I ordered a spanner and it was delivered, the rest of the installation was very straightforward.All of the electronics in the lock are controlled by an app via Bluetooth. The app is intuitive and straightforward to navigate. With the app, you can program custom codes, prompt the lock to register new fingerprints and integrate it with your smart home ecosystem.My favorite feature/features of this lock is the versatility of options for opening. First, the IC card/key opens the lock with a wave near the access pad. Second is the fingerprint scanner which needs your print to be registered, but will then open with a touch, and at any angle, which I appreciate. Then you have the option of a numeric code which allows for diversionary numbers to be added as a prefix or suffix. These two (or four) numbers are ignored by the lock and helps to throw off thieves with binoculars watching you enter your code. Finally, you have the option of using a regular standard key, which is really nice.Another useful feature is the failed attempt alarm that will draw major attention after four failed attempts at entering the right code.All things considered, I think this is a very useful lock and even with its failings, I would recommend it.

Great Smart Door Lock
Gave this a chance since all the other ones are black and I needed a nickel polished one to match the other doors at my parents. very easy to install and functions via fingerprint and code easily. Finally no more keys to forget or lose. I did not get a chance to take a photo of the finished product but will take a photo next time and update

Glitchy Door Lock
I was excited about this product, unfortunately, the lock rarely works when you press the lock button. My family and I have to use the key. We are a family of six, so we really liked the ideas of a touchpad. Unfortunately, the pad is faulty and doesnât work half the time. When you press the lock, it just beeps and never locks. Sometimes itâll even beep multiple times. Iâve checked alignment and all is well. It wonât even lock when the door is open so Iâm confident itâs now an alignment issue.

The overall quality of the lock is great and fit very well on the door ï¼The fingerprint scanner is fast and accurate, the key cards works perfectly and fit very nicely on my key ring.

Good smart Door lock, app needs work, gateway not included
Pros:Great looking main door smart lock.Made of high quality metal.Door opens and locks well.Touch pad is responsive.Relatively easy to install. If you have installed something similar shouldn’t take too long. Took me about 20 minutes.Adjustable to fit different size doors.Includes 2 keys.Cons:App functionality works but needs some updates. Feels very outdated.Bluetooth range is poor. If you want to update anything on the door lock, you have to be right next to it to make changes. Even a few feet away and it errors.Needs a gateway that isn’t included to unlock while away.The included screws for the deadbolt are very short. Need to buy longer screws.
