Nice door, but needs a header
The door came packaged really well and not a single part or piece was missing or damaged. The instructions were pretty good, but I only gave it 4 stars because it was only in the instructions that we learned we needed a header to attach the rail to the wall. Nowhere does it say that on the Amazon website that they recommend a header. And you definitely need a header if your wall studs don’t coincide with the predrilled holes in the rail. We liked the door well enough that we bought another one.

Not cheap looking
Easy to put together and doesnât look cheap. Very nice and sturdy.

Love this door!
My wife wanted a barn door for our master bathroom. I purchased the 48″ x 84″ door and it fit perfectly. Warning, this is a very heavy door that is well constructed. The door came in several pieces that you have to put together, but was very easy to do. Highly recommend you use a header board to mount the track to. I tried the anchor bolts that were provided, but quickly realized it would not work even mounting into the studs. I used a 1 x 4 for the header board and am glad I did. Great door that I would recommend to others.

Sturdy, functional and good customer service
The door seems like it will hold up, and it looks nice. I got the brushed nickel hardware for it. I was missing a piece, emailed the customer service email and they were quick to respond and mailed me the missing piece. I would buy it again. It is MDF, so the quality is questionable for long-term use but I think it’ll hold up hopefully. Installation was easy as well.

Easy and looks great
We didn’t have issues with damaged pieces. This was very easy to put together and the directions were easy to follow. Everything is pre-drilled. It looks great with it’s pre done finish and no painting/staining is needed after installation. Extremely smooth glide on tracks.

It does not come with a header board to mount the track!
Nice product at a reasonable price. Fairly easy to install! Installation directions could be a bit better. Just make sure you add just a little bit more to the height of the track by maybe 1/8 to leave enough room to install the floor guide. Other than that we really like it!!

damaged
I’ll start with the door. It looks great once it is assembled. It comes with all the necessary hardware to install minus the lack of a header board. However, some pieces were damaged in the package from scratches from the manufacturer. It had to come from there because the internal wrapping was fine. Now my wife and I either have to return the whole door or paint repair the pieces that were damaged with patch and paint.It is a heavy door, so the lack of a header board makes it inconvenient to install. Luckily, we had extra wood lying around our house and made one. It comes with two different slide guides which were nice options to choose from.
