Was easy to put up and very sturdy.
I see this is on sale. Not sure why, as it was worth every penny of $59. I found the instructions easy, if I took nothing for granted. I looked at all graphics to determine the orientation of the parts. I did put some epoxy resin in the gap between the rails. Not sure if it did anything, but wanted to make sure it was solid. Smooth glide, sturdy stops, strong gilts, and nice rollers. I think thatâs all I can ask for. I did not put the self-close parts on the door yet. I a main job kind of guy, then do the small stuff over the next few weeks. It also looks good and the surface is really strong. I have no scratches, as of yet.

Great quality, hard to install
Great quality but you must get the gap in between hardware and door perfect there should be some kind of adjustment on pully or holes. Best work around is to elongate holes in door.

Good quality, good customer service.
Barn door mechanism is good quality, heavy duty. Door rolls nice and smooth. Had an issue with one of the soft close mechanisms, it wouldnât stay in the open position. Contacted Smart Standard, and they sent out a replacement right away. Very pleased!

Needs mor options for spacers
Glides great, assembly easy,looks and works as expected. Only complaint if custom doors need more spacers.

Don’t expect holes in bar to line up with studs
Overall I am happy with the final product. I did have an issue with the holes in the bar not lining up with the studs in my wall. However, after talking to someone who has installed many of these, he said that is not unusual. I ended up putting a board between the wall and the bar, which took care of the issue.Once that issue was resolved, the rest of the installation went well. The soft “stops” for the door are great! They protect from the door slamming against anything or potentially loosening the rail stops.Overall I would recommend this product.

Amazing hardware. High quality
Read the instructions! Hardware is provided. You do not need anything extras. Just drill the holes correctly the first time! Even If itâs in drywall, the hardware is sufficient to hold this door.

product was great until one of the hydraulics stopped working. tried to contact the company but the email is not working & there is no phone number to contact.update: they reached out & they were able to replace the part that i needed.

Instructions not included.
This hardware is nice but we got the 6.6 sliding barn door hardware and soft close hardware and after the door was installed and we were ready to install the soft close hardware we realized that there was only a brief mention of the soft close hardware in the instructions. Contacted amazon tech support and they offered a video of a different brand of hardware being installed. It was nothing like ours tho. We then contacted amazon Help and they asked me if the product listing said instructions included. (True story). Amazon tried to contact the vender but the vendor didn’t have contact information. Now Im stuck with a 90% finished door but no soft close. 100% frustrated.

Easy to install, happy with the product.
