Its a 5 star fan – But one major flaw (I was ok with)
It is a beautiful fan that works well and it has three light colors.Most of the “non branded” $100 to $200 modern fans have one big flaw (and I have researched over 150 fans). The design flaw makes it so that they work only with a remote. All these companies use the same circuit that forces you to use one switch and unusable without the remote. It will be unfair to give this fan a low rating because of that because all the fans in this category will have the same problem.Due to this, every time you switch on the fan you will hear a loud click and light of different color appears. You have to click three times to get the color you want. The Fan will not work without the remote and there is no way around it. When I have time, I will try to bypass the circuit and post the instructions here for others to use.Now for the good part. Put the remote on the wall and then simply enjoy the fan. It looks beautiful and quiet. It does everything that a fan needs to do. It is a bit Wobbly but I am not bothered yet. Installation was usual.

Love this fan! Sleek and beautiful
I needed a ceiling fan to blend in an open space with another fan with option for various speeds.This was a perfect choice! It is super quiet and easy to assemble and hang.Iâm also an artist so I can adjust the speed to help dry work slowly or dissipate any fun smells!I also preferred 5 blades or more. I feel like it covers easily and doesnât have to work so hard. Iâm sure that not it but feels better to me as well as much more pleasing designI love it. And remote works every time easilyHighly recommend

Great for the priceâ¦butâ¦
1. The price point for this tan and style along with the fact that a larger matching version is available is noteworthy and rare to find.2. The remote control unit does make the fan beep when used. Not the end of the world but makes people aware of your presence. Haha.3. The instructions are not great. No labeling of parts and a mediocre translation makes it hard to follow along. I have installed ceiling fans before so I felt ok, but someone doing this for the first time will probably find it highly infuriating.4. The silver blades match the brushed nickel more than I expected based off the photo.5. There are two down rods with the product. One is long and one is short.6. There is no dimming function.7. The light color does not stay if you use the wall switch but does if you use the fan remote itself. UPDATE: I was wrong. The color is remembered after about 30 seconds of being off but turning it off and on again made it change each time.8. The quality of the fan is much higher than another similar model and style at Home Depot. The light is brighter too. It just doesnât dim.9. The blades are larger than the 42″ fan I had but I am grateful for that.10. The light is very bright. I like that!

Terrible Product Design
The good: Fan worked well, looks good.The bad: Glass was broken upon arrival. I’m sure the seller would have replaced if I hadn’t returned.The ugly: LONG delay when using the remote, several seconds of waiting for the fan/light to respond.The unit actually beeps every time it turns on…why?! Incredibly annoying and non-sensical.The lights were the worst part, there’s an uber-bright white, a slightly less bright white and finally a warm yellow. There’s no way to actually set the color you want, you have to cycle though the modes each time you turn the light on. I don’t think you could come up with a worse product design if you tried.Worst of all, there’s no way to know how it will operate until it’s fully installed, which meant that it had to be uninstalled to return to Amazon.

The fan itself is low profile and well quiet……
I had been planning for some time now to mount a fan in the indoor front porch (there is no direct rain or water chance….The fan is 44 inches and 5 blades enough for the size of the area it is serving. Installation to me was pretty much the standard one, with nothing new. The remote controller module that goes in place was a little tricky as for every such fan. But was done with little maneuvering…The light, is enough for the porch. It is good that I can change the light temperatures (Colors) as per my mood.The motor of the fan is smooth and noiseless. I would say it is quieter than one outdoor fan I already have. Airflow is good enough and optimal to keep the temp ambience.CONS:-It would be great next in the improvements if there are some presets that when I switch ON once, it should start the fan itself. Turning Off and Turning back on within 5 seconds or so should turn On the lights only. Turning Off again and turning On should go with both light and fan turned on…. OR SIMPLY, When turned On it should start from the Last Running Position i.e. Light only OR Fan only OR Light plus Fan both….. This is to make you less dependent on the remote Only. I lose remote easily and then there is a big issue with having nothing for the evening or night…

Love it but be aware
I bought 3 of these for my home, 1 white one and 2 black ones. I absolutely love mine but we tried to put one of the black ones up today and the light wouldnât work. Unfortunately I do have to return it and buy a new one. Overall I definitely recommend these fans, I love the different lights and how quiet the fan sounds and all the speeds. But if your light is acting weird or wonât work you should return it and get a new one
