stay put, look nice
Bought so our dog could safely use the stairs, and I’m happy with them. They stay put most of the time, and they were easy to cut to fit the stairs that go around a curve. They add a nice pop of color to the stairway.

They slide all over the place
They don’t adhere to my wood stairs. They constantly slide out of place. They move even when my 11 lb dog runs up the stairs. Guess I’ll have to go with ones with sticky stuff on the back, which I was trying to avoid.

Very bright and pretty
These really brighten up my stairway. I got them because my elder dog had started slipping on the wood stairs. I like them so much that I ordered the rug for the bottom of the stairs also. I was surprised at how thin they are, but that actually prevents them getting caught on shoes (and claws). And so far I haven’t needed to add carpet tape which was a pleasant surprise as I’ll be able to easily remove them to clean.

Rubber backing ineffective
I should have been suspicious that there are only nine reviews and all of them are from people who got the product for free! These are very pretty, and very soft but they do not stay in place. If you step very carefully they might stay but if you have kids or pets I would not recommend these. Returning…

Colorfulâ¦..not safe for kids
Color is wonderful and vibrant but is not non slip and could really hurt someone if they trusted the word of this product. Just use double sided tape to secure it in place.

Colorful, non slip, individually wrapped
I was hoping for a classy but fun use of color, and these stair treads did not disappoint! They are very cute on my covered front steps and would be equally cute indoors. They are individually wrapped, in a curled position, but just re-rolling them for a few minutes the opposite direction flattened them out in short order.

I ordered these runners to replace the old ones on the stairs – these are much prettier-the old ones were plain and brown. I have been spoiled by these new ones. I like the ease of putting them down and I like the look of them.
