This bed is beautiful, however the process of putting it together was a hassle. Being a diy girly I enjoy putting furniture together! I ran into a few issues. For starters the instructions are not the best…it’s mostly pictures with very little description. I also received a defective part which halted my installation process; I had to contact the seller who btw was very quick to respond. I explained that one of the parts (part 7 to be exact & included a pic of it) had a defect and that’s the only part I needed to continue. (This was step 3 of 9) She verified my address and said to allow a few days for shipping and possibly 7-10 business days for the replacement part. The part arrived within 3 days after she sent the tracking…the dilemma with the replacement part being sent is that they sent over “box 2 of 2”. I don’t understand why they sent another box with parts I already have versus just sending me the part requested. I opened the box and found part 7, checked to make sure it was good and it was! I began to put the bed together. I put this bed together by myself(however having an extra pair of hands will be beneficial). I would of rated it 2 out of 5 but I’ll give it a 3 out of 5 simply bc the customer service rep was very attentive. Also, I think I’m going to look into getting a metal platform to replace the wood platform that came with this bed. Hope this review helps!

I recently moved into an apartment and love this bed. It came in about four days and setting up took about two hours with two people. I did go in with fabric resistant spray just because I lay my head against the velvet backboard and didn’t want it to stain.It’s sturdy looks great and it’s a good value for the money.

Works well but one piece didn’t fit, idk if maybe I should’ve did that piece first but it turns out well. Really cute, great quality, doesn’t squeak, not too hard to put together with help.
