The sofa, loveseat and recliner I bought are electrically operated and has a separate power supply for each recliner section. Total of 4 bricks for the sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately, the wall plug to power supply cord is 48” (4 feet) and the cord from the power supply to the sofa is 8” to 9”. This meant that the power “brick” had to sit on the floor behind the sofa on the floor. Since the sofa needed clearance behind it to recline, that meant that the wires and power supplies would be visible on the floor. This would make it difficult to clean behind the sofa as well. The cables came well packaged and had the locking clip as well. These extension cables allowed me to move the power supplies away from the recliner, hide the wires behind the flap on the back, and make the installation look cleaner. My only issue is that they seem more expensive than they need to be, for what you get.

Works on my Ashley Recliner no issues. I had to buy a new one because I lost old one due to a move. I like this one better because the original plug has all the circuits at the plug side making it bulky. This one is like a laptop charger where you can hide the brick part under the couch. The extension cable is anmist. Too bad it wasn’t part of main item but an add on
