I’m really pleased with this purchase’s. It arrived two days early and was easy to put together. So far very comfortable.. I would buy it again. This is the first time I wrote a review.

Great bed and great customer service
Adjustable base failed after a week and a half. I received my bed April 15,2025, but due to renovations the but wasn’t opened until the beginning of May. We have been sleeping on our bed for 1 week and a half before one of the adjustable base stopped functioning. It is stuck in the raised position and will not go down. We have tried the troubleshooting suggestion and it is still stuck. The hydraulic system is defective. I have been asking for a replacement, not a refund. I would like to enjoy the full experience that I paid for. I asked that they please contact me. I called several times back to back with no resolution. Mailbox was always full. I will put a review on the website but I am hoping that you will resolve this issue promptly to avoid a negative review of the product. The mattress is great, but the adjustable base is not.Update 5/24/25: Once I discovered that their hours central time was 5pm to 2 am, I was able to communicate our concerns and issue with the one adjustable base. They requested that we do troubleshooting again and we did with no resolution. I asked them if they could just replace the one base and they did right away. They provided me with the tracking number and the new base arrived 3 days later. The customer service experience was great. They were very responsive once I started communicating via their chat. I highly recommend the bed. We love the mattress. It feels great and the adjustable base has so many features. I have upgraded my review to 5 stars for both the customer service experience and the comfort of the bed. I have been purchasing Sleep Number beds for a long time. I was uncertain about the support for my back, but we were extremely and pleasantly surprised with the comfort.

Great value and comfortable.
Works great. Heavy and hard to get in place but once it is set up, works well. We had just bought a temper-pedic for our other house and I would say that this bed does basically the same thing for $10k cheaper! I hate that the massage timer maxes out at 30 minutes.

Well made and worth the price.
I really like this bed. The height is adjustable because there are two heights at which you can set the legs. The bed frame feels substantial and well-made and has many features my other bed lacked. I did not get the new mattress, but it ended up making my current mattress feel like it was brand new. I did not realize the support I was missing until I got this new bed frame.My bed did not come with dual USB ports as listed in specs. It was not enough of a reason for me to return the bed.

Heavy but easy set up, suggest 2 people
Very comfortable bed and mattress. Slight damage (tear)and dirt on mattress. Most likely from delivery. Very difficult to get ahold of customer service and small imperfections but not acceptable for the price of the items. Amazon not helpful neither was the company BUT I am sleeping well. I would have preferred a response or a return call as there was only an option to leave a message each time I called.

Best sleep in years!!
I am incredibly impressed with this bed. My husband and I haven’t slept this well in years. The mattress is so comfortable and the bed itself works so smoothly and quietly. The remote is easy to use and very straightforward. The bed arrived, as expected, on separate days, but was on time and in perfect condition. It was so simple to assemble we actually thought we had done something wrong! I don’t have a single complaint about this bed at all and I have already recommended it to several friends and family members.We price shopped other options locally before buying this bed, but couldn’t find anything this high quality at a comparable price. If you’re thinking of an adjustable bed and can’t afford to pay $10,000 for a base model or more for all the bells and whistles, this is the way to go. In fact, even if you can afford it, this is still a better option and you can save that money for a vacation!

This my best bed that have ever had…
This is just what I was looking for split size king, which is made up of 2 full bed just put together. The luxury series with the neck adjustment is a game changer if you enjoy to watch tv or play video games in bed, with having a duel level neck fusions. A lower back injury that cause me major lower back chronic pain. This bed has been the bomb for me. Seems to be made with decent quality components, the mattress is just right for me, the hybrid was the way to go for me. The motors when raising & lowering the bed are not very loud. Top it all off having a light on each side that I can turn on with the designated bed side controller but if you do not make it back quickly it does shut off by itself, I not for sure if that can be changed. Then the massager that is built into the lower & upper sections of the bed is a great add on. I would recommend family & friends for the value & the quality of the materials, I did need to get some side brackets 2 for each side to stop the mattress from moving to one side or the other, with the mattress not being to soft or not extremely firm form me it’s just right. Then a bonus of a 10 year warranty! Seems like a very good product that comes from a business that has been around for awhile & the beds are sold all over the world
