Better than LLBean
I purchased expensive ones several years ago, but they are very difficult to vacuum (too many crevices with the design). These stair treads look great, are low profile and vacuum like a dream!! Sometimes, spending more isnât always better.

nice stair treads
these stair treads are nice for what I needed them for. we removed the carpet off our steps and made wood steps. the dog isnt a fan and is sliding so we needed something to put on them to help the dog get up and down the steps but I didnt want something permanent that would ruin the new wood. so far i have had no issues with this product.

Functional, comfortable and attractive
These attractive non-slip stair treads have a very nice rubber backing that eliminates the need for adhesive. They adhere to most clean surfaces securely. I love that they mask the sound of footsteps, protect our wooden stairs, and offer more protection and security when descending down the stairs. We are replacing some old carpeting that has been on the stairs a long time. I like that they are made of a quality material that is soft, comfortable, and durable. They are very easy to place on the stairs and simple to clean and maintain so far. I find vacuuming them very easy. I like that they are machine washable and stain resistant. I love that my knees seem to tolerate this thicker tread better and our dog feels safe enough to run down the stairs! These stair treads measure 8 x 30 inches and fit most standard stairs. It is a great value and has a premium quality appearance. I would rate them a 4.5 if I could, but Iâll round up.

There is no way these will stay in place.
I bought these for a rental property, and there is no way that I would expect these to stay in place on a wooden tread. Basically, there is means by which one attaches the tread, you just lay it down. Say what? On stairs? Two-way tape is a pain in the neck to get off in the future. So now I’m trying to figure out if I tack these down somehow, or return them.

Love them.
They are perfect. They donât skid when you walk. Donât look bad on staircase either.

a little small
Good quality, overall size is a little small, especially the width (8″). Code requires stairs to be 10-11 deep.
