We were so excited for this bunk bed. It is a newer product so it has sold out on the manufacturer website. Amazon was unable to provide BOX 2 which is the hardware and the ladder. We did to replacements and after another failed delivery with no resolve we have to return the item. Very disappointed. Reached out to Storkcraft and they let me know Amazon usually doesn’t store their products and they usually ship from Storkcraft. Unfortunately, they do not have these in stock and Amazon is not able to communicate with their distributions centers efficiently.

It’s out of stock everywhere and only in stock at Amazon because they cannot figure out how to deliver both boxes. Tried 2 times and they only ever delivered box 1. Called Amazon and stork craft and there is nothing they can do. You would think they would stop selling it.

I ignored the review saying they only got one of two boxes. Then same thing happened to me. It is a giant pain to unpack and return.Storkcraft did not care at all they only said call Amazon. Amazon will do an exchange or refund you will never see box #2.So only buy this if you want half a bed that also comes with no hardware or instructions. Good luck…..
