Direct replacement for GE Profile PEB7227SLSS
This unit was packed well, looks great, works as advertised. However, it draws 1750W, not 1200W as stated in the description. Rather it delivers 1200W of cooking power. If not for this, I would give it 5 stars. And for anyone who has suffered the failure of a GE Profile microwave with a trim kit, know that although this unit is slightly different in size, it will fit into the same counter cutout. I think one may even be able to use the GE trim kit, though the new one that comes with the microwave looks fine. Nice product!

Warning does NOT match picture. Reveal on trim is huge!
I bought this because it was a set and there was no question the trim should match the microwave. However, the gap between the trim and the microwave is giant! It doesn’t match the images AT ALL.Trying to decide if I will return it. I’m SUPER disappointed in the look.

Beyond impressed
I bought this to replace a ge built in microwave that we have had for 12 years. ge no longer make a built in microwave. All built ins (as opposed to over the range) are counter top microwaves with a facia plate including a vent system that attaches to the front of the cabinet, this one is the same.The difference with this is that the fascia is included in the price, the others were extra and cost nearly as much as the microwave itself.It came very well packaged and was delivered via UPS, the assembly was easy and the instructions were clear and concise, we had the old one out and the new one installed in about an hour. Everything was strong and robust, all of the holes lined up exactly as they should and the finished installation looked great.
