Great Product! Exactly what I ordered. Exact fit.
Looks like a very good product and what I needed to replace my fluorescent fixtures. However it was damaged pretty badly during shipping and I had to send it back! UPDATE: Received a new box and they are exactly what I wanted! Easy to install! Great product and very bright.

Came with some dents and missing paint but once put up you donât notice it. Very bright on daylight. Good price for the product so far. Fairly easy to put up also by my son. (I had an existing light up although)

Great Looking Flat Panel Light
Used a couple of these for a garage and they look great! Fairly easy to install. Love how these have a simple bracket that the fixture attaches to. No need for toggle bolts! The bracket simply attaches to the j-box. Highly recommend using screws at the outer parts of the bracket or the fixture will not stay flush against ceiling. Great product, reasonable price. They also don’t weigh much so they’re easy to handle.

I had an issue with one of the lights getting damaged in shipping. I contacted Amazon customer service who told me to send a message to the seller. Within half an hour they responded to my message and sent me a new replacement light at no charge.The shipping damage was not their fault, but they were very quick to take care of me. That alone made me want to leave a review for them. It’s so rare to find good old fashioned people who stand behind their products these days. Gotta give ’em credit for that.Oh, and the lights are super bright and easy to install. And I love that the brightness and color are selectable with a real switch on the back. Very happy so far.

Safety install cables not included (twice) so returned them
The lights looked good and the manufacturer information and specs sounded good but I did not install. I am accustomed to hanging ceiling panel lights with safety cables. The Sunco installation manual indicated safety cables were enclosed. They were not; so I returned for a replacement. The second set also did not have the safety cables but this time the box did not show the cables as being included. However, the install manual still stated that the safety cables were included. Perhaps Sunco no longer provides safety cables, but hanging ceiling panel lights without them is difficult and potentially dangerous working on a ladder. I tried customer support on Sunco but because I purchased the lights through Amazon, I was directed back to Amazon customer service. I was just trying to get safety cables. Apparently those parts are not available. Being frustrated I returned all Sunco lights and got a different brand with safety cables.

Great Lights
Love the adjustability and color change options, mount is very versatile and easy to install, there is a chance of scraping the wire on the mount as other reviews have mentioned, the wire really needs to come out in a better location, a few inches over and it would at least be inside the opening instead of under the bracket when locked in place.
