It add height to the corner, without sacrificing table space. The lampshade comes flat, and you assemble on the rings provided- the creases release over time.

One of the usb parts was not working . We contacted the company and they are sending a new part. Customer service is very good.We love the table and it works for the space we needed it for.My only issue is the lampshade. It shows dimples and bends. I thought they would settle after a few days but no such luck.Still worth buying though. I might buy another shade. Just an update.My lamp has stopped working and the usb port does not work at all . Tjis lamp was purchased less than a year ago.

While looking to replace an old floor lamp that sat by my bedroom recliner, I came across this light with shelves. I am so happy that I purchased it! The lighting is great, the usb port and plug-in are so handy and the shelves allow ample space for books, remotes, etc. The instructions were clearly printed and easy to follow. I also received two emails from the company – one before the light arrived clarifying what screws were needed to be used for the top shelf and then a follow-up email to let me know if I had any questions, problems or comments, to feel free to reach out to them. Customer service like that is unheard of in this day and age! I highly recommend this cute, sturdy lighting unit!
