I’ve only used it for heat and it heats up quickly in the microwave. It wraps perfectly around my neck and the material is very soft. I would highly recommend it !

Good enough
This brand is NOT as wide nor has the potential for more intense heat as the originals (20+ yrs ago)Heat dissipates too quickly, but if u just need warmth it’s good enufIt is narrowThis wld be a joke for normal to wide shouldersPerfect size for child or teenAdult may need twoIf u need better heat just do a hot water bottle – cheaper and faster

It works
This heating pad really helped. I was trying to find something that wrapped around my neck, because I didn’t have something that felt comfortable and fit the curvature of the neck. I also liked that it can be used for heat or cold. I used the heat because it feels a lot better than cold, but I was prepared to use it cold if the heat didn’t work, but it did. It feels like an airline travel pillow, only better, it took care of my neck pain. Highly recommend.

Warm and soothing neck wrap
Just received the long neck wrap yesterday and used it today. It is soft, just the right weight, no smell and heated quickly in my microwave for about 2 min. It retained its max warmth for about 10 min. I think it is a bit expensive but if it holds up well, it will be worth it.
