First, this thing is giant so make sure you have the space. I find it super comfy and have really enjoying hanging out on it with the kids. It is large enough that me and all three of the kids fit comfortably on it when playing video games or watching a movie. They really vacuum pack the foam so make sure you give yourself time to let it puff up.

Comfortable, but check the measurements
This 4″ Sweetcrispy Bean Bag Chair is listed as being for adults, while the 3″ is listed for as being for kids. So, I grabbed the one for adults. I really should have measured first. Turns out that 4″ is much bigger than the old bean bags we have in our movie room (see photo). I’m a 5’5″ woman, and the kids’ size would have been plenty big for me. This 4″ bean bag is as big as an arm chair, and I sit off the ground like I’m in a chair. It’s a better size for my husband who is 6’3″, but my 4’11” tall 10-year-old son can still use it too. We can move it to the side of the couch while watching movies, so the size does work for our purposes. It just takes up way more space than I was imagining, and I would have preferred the 3″ size.I think it took less than a day for it to get to its full size after unwrapping it. The foam was a little too firm at first, but it softened over the next few days. Now, it feels comfortable to sit in, although I don’t think the foam pieces are quite as comfortable as the tiny beads my other bean bags have. It also feels softer once the cover is on. I put the cover on after airing it out for a day, and it was a little hard to put on the full size bag but not too much of a struggle.One other issue is that I couldn’t find any washing instructions on the cover. The listing mentions that it is washable but doesn’t specifically say machine washable. The instructions for setting up the bean bag also didn’t mention it and didn’t even mention needing to put the cover on although it came separately.Overall, I’m happy with this bean bag and recommend it. Just be sure to make sure to check the measurements to help decide which size is best and make sure you have enough room for it.

Comfortable bag chair
The bag when compressed in the box is dense as as compact as it can get … Even when you remove it from the sealed bags, it remains quite dense, you really have to work the actual bag to get the internal foam block to start breaking apart – so initially it’s quite lumpy. But with time and more effort you’ll get a comfortable / relaxing chair out of it. It’s a good size, adults or kids (we’ve had one chair that was just too big, almost unmanageable … this one can more easily be moved from the family room, to the great room, to the guest bedroom. Grandkids love it because it’s soft, easily molds to the bodies and can be ran into and jumped off of …. the gray color will match most decors, and it’s warm with a blanket by the fire.

Its not terrible but for the price I expected a bit more comfort.It would be great for a teen, but will wear out easily after consistent use.

HUGE! So much fun to sit in.
We got the large one. It’s massive! My wife and I can lay in it side by side, though not too comfortably, as you tend to roll down the middle. But that’s how big it is! It’s very sturdy too – everyone in the house had chances to body slam into the beanbag chair and this chair isn’t going anywhere. It’s also very heavy and very unwieldy to move, so don’t expect to be carrying it a lot.

This is a very well made bean bag which is now our family’s favorite. It is very comfortable and my wife loves to use it all the time.
