Yes, I measured first, but I forgot about the functional space 8 people would need for eating. It would be fine for 8 kids, but 8 adults could probably only use it for holding their drinks. And they will have to be very friendly.Otherwise, great outside picnic table for the price. Very easy for my husband to assemble alone. Looks great – even now at the end of the season.

I’ve assembled a lot of products, so I know what I’m doing. The instructions for this table are poorly written, and some of the holes aren’t drilled properly, resulting in an off balance product. I should have just paid the money and gotten an American Amish, QUALITY built picnic table! This one is not worth the price, and will firewood within a year, maybe 2. I’m very dissatisfied.

This table is solid and can easily fit adults and children. The table top is too small to fit 6 plates and serving dishes but it can definitely fit dishes for eating and cups. Setup was pretty simple and took us about an hour. It did arrive with a small chip/splintered wood but it didn’t affect any part of the table for stability (and you can’t even see it, it’s underneath).

The table is really nice but I am disappointed because 2 of the benches is high and does not touch the ground. You can tell that is isn’t cut in deep enough for it to rest where it should be. And also a big disappointment that one of the boards on the top is cracked halfway across. It also scratches very easily and the color seems to be rubbing off also. Only have used it twice and didn’t put anything on it either. I threw the boxes away cause I thought it was fine until I saw the crack . So I don’t know how I can return it. If those issues weren’t there, I would love the table

I love this table! I agree with some other reviews that 8 adults might not fit comfortably in the 8-person table, but it’s still a great set. I enjoyed assembling it — not too difficult. I applied a water sealer to make sure it’ll last longer because I really enjoy it!

I anticipated that this item might be a little light weight and flimsy feeling, so I was surprised positively when after full assembly it seemed relatively stable. The instructions were a little iffy, but I eventually got it together properly. Was about a two hour process for me. I had some extra tools that helped. Overall, the wife is happy, and that’s plenty good enough for me. We’ve eaten at it a few times now, and it has been a good addition to our back yard.
