Great lock, easy installation
As our children grew, coming and going home from school on their own of course keys were lost almost every other week.. I did a bit of research and decided to change the deadbolt from our front door with something that everyone can have their own codes and also to give me the possibility to lock/open the door from an app. I decided to get this one, had some other stuff from this brand in the past and never had a problem. Once I took a look over the installation instructions and got familiar with all the parts, installation was very easy. Took me from start to finish also setting up the app maybe 45-50min. Itรขยยs pretty awesome, you can set up codes, finger prints for all the members, it has a camera also so if someone rings the bell your phone will ring and you can have chat with that person. Connecting it to wifi was easy as well. It is high quality built and it looks really good on the door. We have it on for about 10 days now and didnรขยยt encounter any problems. Also to mention that in the package it comes with all the necessary hardware and some templates for different size doors.

The Security Video Smart Lock is an outstanding product with a brilliant idea of combining a doorbell, camera, and smart lock into one device. The 2K camera provides excellent clarity, the fingerprint keyless entry works flawlessly, and the WiFi remote control makes it so convenient to manage. i just installed this smart lock, and the functionality is AWESOME! It has a 2K camera, smart features, the fingerprint scanner is easy to use, and last but not least, it has a doorbell. u should have it, no regrets buying it!

It’s Unique…
So I gave this a 5 star only because I am trying to look at this from someone who isn’t stuck into an ecosystem. From someone who is like me, I do not recommend this. I ended up giving this to my mother and from her point of view she really likes it and it works well for her.The fingerprint works quite well and the passcode is great for whenever the fingerprint can’t be read. The app is delayed even with my fast internet, imagine if you have slower internet. This also comes with a ring box which is really awesome. Overall it works well but due to the app, I removed 1 star.

All in One Doorbell/Lock Solution
TCL Door Lock makes having a front door easier!Our front door wasnรขยยt being used as much, due to never having the front door key or not being able to lock it.Now we can quickly lock the front door without having to take a key with us.Pros:- Back up keys- Fingerprint-Pin Unlock- Doubles as a security camera in addition to a door bell- Doubles as a doorbellCons-Installation might be tough if youรขยยre not mechanically inclined and havenรขยยt installed door locksOverall, itรขยยs a bit pricey but with all the features it was worth it overall.

Itรขยยs basically an electronic lock
I had high hopes but this thing is terrible. It detects no one in spite of being on the shortest time period for scanning the area. When we get in the app it always tells us it canรขยยt connect so we canรขยยt ever see who is at the door. It gives notifications but when you click on them it just takes you to the home page of the app. Never says what the notification was for exactly, you have to go hunting around. Fingerprint feature works well. Auto lock works well. Doorbell needs to be backlit. No one knows itรขยยs there so they never push it.

This lock works great. The keyless entry is really convenient and works really well. The camera is nice and clear and I didnรขยยt have any problems installing it or setting it up since itรขยยd be a good quality lock.

Excellent smart lock packed with features
Firstly the installation is pretty standard for locks of this type. The included QR codes allow you to scan and view installation and setup guides that make set up as painless as possible. One thing to note is that you MUST setup a 2.4ghz wifi network as it will not work with a 5ghz network (ask me how I know). Once installed the lock works flawlessly for me and absolutely packed with features. It comes with a rechargeable battery so no worries about purchasing batteries. The app makes functionality easy to use. You can setup multiple accounts for your household and within those accounts setup multiple fingerprints and/or codes. The best part is the wifi connection from literally anywhere. You receive a notification on the phone and “answer” it when someone is at the door and you can have a 2 way conversation with them. You can even remotely unlock from anywhere for someone as long as you have internet connection. It’s quite sleek and an impressive lock! Don’t sleep on this one!
