Installed the new deadbolt, worked fine.Installed new handle and the knob fell apart and box was missing the striker plate, not worth the money or headache.

Easy installation
My first key pad entry lock i love it I’ve stopped carrying my house keys because of this product I should have gotten one months ago. I would purchase again.

So far so good
I like the price, I like that it was NOT bluetooth capable which is a feature I did not want, I like that it arrived in less than 48 hours, I like all the reviews that clearly pointed out that some had issues, but customer service made it right. I like that the item came with clear instructions, all hardware needed to install, links to videos, live chat if needed and a one year warranty which was easy to register for online.Those are the positives out of the gate, My new lock is less than a week old, but so far working great so at this point it’s what I needed and wanted an working as expected, if this products behaves differently down the road I would revise my review, but at this point it’s a winner

Functions the way it should. Easy to set code.
We built a garage thatâs not attached to the house. We wanted something different other than the regular door lock. We like that you have to put a code in to open. Or you can use the key, which ever you want . Plus it looks very nice.

Very nice lock!if
Had a locksmith install four of these since holes had to be drilled or enlarged. He said they were easy to install. I programmed them and they worked the first time. It’s been a month with no issues. Easier than a similar kwikset lock on my old house. Would buy them again.

I installed this lock a little time ago. I wanted to see if it stood up to the cold in Canada. It works fine in – 35 c . Easy to install and good value

I bought 2 of theses, super easy to install. The programing as well was so quick and easy. The key pad lighting up is perfect if you forget the outdoor lights.
