Excellent Lock! Works perfectly and quietly
I was replacing a Kwickset lock which was extremely loud when it opened and closed. I can’t understand how they think this is acceptable. So I was focused on whether this lock was quieter. MUCH. This is a very quiet lock. Even the beeping (which you can turn off) is not offensively loud. This is a well made, attractive lock. The keypad works well and the finger recognition is excellent.The only con is that you can’t lose the directions. It is not hard to program but not intuitive. You must have the directions.You get 20 codes for the number pad and 20 for the finger pad (and within each finger code, you can use different fingers). This is not spelled out in the directions or the listing…but I figured this out through correspondence with the company. They are very responsive.This is a highly recommended product at a very good price!

Definitely recommend
I bought this for its simplicity for a parent that is aging. It was easy to install. It is easy to use. Love that locking it is any button. The fingerprint was easy to setup and seems to work consistently. I definitely feel it was worth the cost.

Easy installation
This digital door lock looks great and works like a charm! The fingerprint reader is quick & reliable. I also like that I can disable the auto lock feature. I will probable upgrade a couple more doors with this lock!

Great lock
We were looking for a lock that was just for the deadbolt and had a fingerprint option as well. Our local stores did not have them and we had come across this one. This lock offers three uses, fingerprint, a passcode and a key option. I thought I was going to be able to connect my phone to make it easier but that is not the case. The ability to have up to 20 âcodesâ is great. It is easy to add more codes about removing fingerprints is the hard part. There is a reset button to bring it back to factory settings which I have not done yet thus far. The ease of adding and removing codes has been the best enjoyment. There is an option for auto lock and a timeframe to set it for. We use 20 seconds as that seems a reasonable time to have the lock set. This is the second purchase of this lock for us and we love it.

Well worth the money, care about customer, finally-fantastic manual, huge contact number up front.
Spend the extra few bucs and get TEEHO. After a slew of poor manuals from other companies, and difficult customer service contacts, on and on.This company really thought out their product and service. Great fantastic manual, well thought out, good illustrations-all to make simple. Added gasket where others leave out. Smooth working function, quick manual set up…imagine that, a company that cares.One of the first things I noticed, a huge customer service number, where other companies run from you and finding customer service number is like winning the lotto. Good luck. I will make this company my go to keyless door lock from here on out. I am just a customer, giving an honest review.

Picked out this lock because of the price (was on sale) – but also because I appreciated the simple functionality and look. Had it for about a week now and so far I’m loving it!Installation was very easy – just a screwdriver needed to swap out some screws. (I’ve never changed a deadbolt out before). The instructions that come with it are pretty easy to follow along with to get it set up for the first time. Only took a few minutes.I love that you can program it to have multiple codes, as well as multiple fingerprints. The fingerprint reader works very well – always registering first try and opening very quickly. Super helpful for the kids so they don’t need to carry a key, remember codes, or even have to wrestle with getting the reader to work.Deadbolt turns very smoothly – and this is actually one of the quietest electronic locks I’ve ever had/used. When I turn the beeping/sound function off – I can barely hear that it’s unlocking for me.The construction of the device is decent – but matches the price point. Thin metal exterior, and all plastic interior. My understanding is that there are some spool pins in the tumbler to provide some resistance to quick picking.So far, I’m very happy with this choice. Function wise – I love it way more than all of the more expensive electronic locks I’ve had on homes. We’ll have top wait and see how long it takes before breaking down!

Great kids don’t need keys cut and lost works great. Great can switch of altolock and switch back on finger print work great just keep hands dry and having code helps as well. Battery life seems good so far haven’t needed to replace yet thanks

Installation was straight forward. Setting up the technical features took me a few minutes to get the hang of it. It works without any problems or hiccups. The finger print reader and the automatic door lock are my favorites; but, as a preference and/or convenience, the key and the keypad work great as well. The price for the quality and features is well worth.
