Love this couch and great customer service
This couch is beautiful. Very spacious seating and nice deep navy color. It seems well made and the acrylic legs are heavy, not cheap. Very well packaged as well. The delivery company was very professional and friendly in our experience.We experienced great customer service as well because when we ordered the couch it ended up being put on back order. It took a lot longer to receive than initially it said it would, but I don’t think that’s a common experience. The company contacted us immediately and apologetically about the back order and offered a full refund immediately. We decided to wait it out instead and they were always on top of it giving us updates and answering any questions we had quickly, I would highly recommend this couch.

The couch has a beautiful, interesting look
The couch has a beautiful, interesting look. After only a month though, threads are coming out of all of the tufting buttons. It certainly does not look like it will hold up well. Also the couch did not come with the pillows that are shown in the picture.

Worst furniture I’ve ever bought in my life
Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The furniture quality what you see online and what you actually get in reality is completely different. When you sit on the sofa you can tell that there is barely any padding and there is metal wiring that you feel when you’re sitting underneath and when I tried to complain to the company they ignored my emails and phone calls. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from TOV furniture!!
