This is a heavy duty sturdy daybed and trundle
I was not anticipating much from this bed, especially buying it without knowing if the metal pieces would be flimsy. It is really a sturdy bed. It did take me almost 3 hours to put together but I wasn’t in a hurry and I’m not a spring chicken. The tools that come with the bed are all you need to put it together. There are images and corresponding letters and numbers for you to match the screws to the pieces. As long as you follow it exactly, you’ll put it together easily. I almost forgot to out the the strip of foam that you lay on a long piece before you lay the slats across on the main bed. Don’t make that mistake as it will keep the metal from rubbing together. Also, make sure you order 6 inch mattresses like it states. After I put the 6 inch mattress on the trundle and slid it under the daybed, it fit perfectly. Anything thicker and it wouldn’t have slid under. Another thing I love is that the trundle legs undo so that the beds are the same height. This was something I really wanted. I purchased a king sized memory foam piece and when the beds are together, you can make a king sized bed for guests, which I love. I did purchase this on prime day so I purchased it for around $225, but even at the regular price at the time of $284 it would have been totally worth it. Do note that when it arrives and you have to bring it into your house, it is HEAVY. I had to have my husband help me drag it to the guest room. It is a beautiful bronze color and the design is simple but classic. I would highly recommend this bed.

Perfect for my home office
I love the look of this day bed and that the trundle pulls out. Itâs sturdy and easy to put together and fits great in my office that turns into a guest room when people visit. Itâs the perfect solution. The only thing that I would change is that itâs squeaky, but that might be user error when I put it together or the way itâs made but my guests have still slept soundly on the bed so it doesnât affect sleep quality.

My only disappointment is the mattresses will slip all over the place. It needs a guard rail. I love the color!! I hope it’s sturdy..it’s for a guest room.

I bought this for a spare room. It was a pain to put together. Poles were bent and holes were hard to line up. Itâs put together but screws are missing in 5 locations. Not sure how sturdy it is. Noise? I donât have the mattress so not sure. Love the look but before I keep it there I will have to seal it because lots of color came off. Over half was put together before issues were discovered. Couldnât return Price was ok but not what I expected.

It was easy to put together but boy does it squeak and the metal is cheap and bends very easily and pops out of place. Wouldnât recommend for anyone more than a child.
