I know the $200 pre-assembly seems like a lot of money but I did have one piece that was NOT cut correctly, thankfully it was just a back panel to the drawers, also some parts have holes on the front and not the back which the pictures on the instructions do not show, so when I put it fully together and it came to install the stairs I couldn’t put some pieces together but yeah lessons learned

Pleasantly surprised by quality at this price point. Very sturdy. Long bolts use a cam system and pine (as opposed to pressed board) put me at ease. Took a while to assemble as there are a lot of parts and directions aren’t as clear as they could be. Some of the finishes were lacking in quality control but overall a great value. Only “modification” I needed to make was slightly larger wheels on trundle to clear and roll on an area rug next to bed.

Love it, only issue is the drawers. They don’t like to stay on their track and there isn’t much of a way to fix them. Also the plastic guides on the drawers broke way too easily overall really pretty and doesn’t wobble

Great bunk bed for the kiddos, my older son is 12 and quite tall. The top bunk stairs are wide enough for him to get up there with no problem. The drawers are an added bonus! Kids are comfy and it is a wonderful bed.
