I needed two beds that didn’t take up the space of two beds and this was the answer. The price was great for a full AND a twin bed. It seems pretty sturdy. I wish the hardware blended in with the frame or had the little things to cover em so they didn’t stick out like a sore thumb but it’s not a deal breaker.

Overall I’m not dissatisfied. The bed wasn’t hard to put together and seems sturdy, it is just bashed about and has chips, scuffs and areas where the painted surface is coming off.

Honestly I was a little nervous to order something so big from Amazon. Especially since I needed TWO of them! We just moved and didn’t take any of the handy down furniture we had at the old house. These were the right price and a much better deal than something comparable at a major retailer. We got one for each of my boys rooms. I love that it has a trundle for when our family comes to visit and still has storage drawers! The drawers aren’t very big. I can’t see putting blankets or clothing in there (maybe socks and underwear). But it works very well for smaller toys which we really needed storage for. The bookshelves headboard is nice although it sits a little lower than the mattress which is awkward but still handy for having a place for a water bottle, charging tablets, and stuff like that! Putting it together wasn’t too bad. The first took us about 5 hours, the 2nd took about 4 hours. The directions are pretty clear except for the footboard portion! They really could’ve been a lot more descriptive with how the footboard and brackets go. We took the footboard apart 3 times before getting it right the first bed. The rest went smoothly. It is very sturdy! It says a 250lb weight limit but my husband gets in it all the time with zero creaking. An adult could very comfortably sleep on the main bed. We haven’t tried out sleeping on the twin trundle bed yet but it also seems very sturdy. I dislike that you can see the bolts. There were no little cover up stickers or plastic caps. I may order some as it bugs my ocd a bit. But overall they look fantastic and really suit our needs!
