Defective
It’s pretty, but the backs are thin and floppy so you can feel the wood/hard back to the couch thru them. The pillows also aren’t attached to the back in any way, so they flop forward. The rest of the couch is rock hard. I don’t know if its just an issue with the one i received? It’s not usable. I’m trying to do a return, but am getting push back. I’ll keep this review updated if they are able to help me. Soooo frustrated and disappointed.

Nice but seats are short
For the money it’s ok, the seats are short and we are both 6′ tall so it’s not very comfortable for us.

First time couch buyer
The couch came really quick… I have a lot to say about this couch, it’s amazing. There are 4 boxes that get delivered to your place when you order this couch. I was really worried because when they got delivered, one box was missing. I contacted the seller and they were nice enough to give me more information about the missing box. I was not able to track it with the tracking number that was given, but it ended up coming a couple hours later, after worrying about it all day. The 4 packages arrive different hours and maybe days. I have to say this is the one of the best couches you can get from Amazon! Instructions were very clear and so it was easy to set up. The couch is lengthy and has great materials/quality, includes both USB-C and USB-A chargers or connectors and also has cup holders in the middle. Isn’t that amazing when you are watching movies with friends and family. Each parts can also be adjusted easily, which is great if you have people sleeping over and need more leg room. Although it can be pricey… it is worth the money.

Amazing couch
I am always skeptical when I buy furniture online but this couch DID NOT disappoint. It’s extremely comfortable. The Thickness, of the couch it is true to size from the picture. The quality is great I love the suede of the couch it’s super soft. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! ITS AN AMAZING DEAL!
