Great Quality Couch
I’m really happy with this couch it’s comfortable, well made, and looks great in my space. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they made sure I felt taken care of. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly values their customers. I would definitely recommend both the couch and the customer service!

Chenille ash is not the color they show. It is more of a very light gray. The back cushions are on the thinner side. And they lowered the buying price by $200 a week after I purchased it. I was very disappointed to see that. But I suppose that is the luck of the draw.Shipping was extremely fast, It was packed well, into 3 large boxes and the instructions are easy to follow.

Worth the price
Very easy to assemble them. Very good quality in material. The only bad thing I found is that they are a little low and also the backrest is very hard and if you don’t hit a wall it can cause inconveniences if someone runs into them.
