Perfect Match
My puppy chewed and destroyed the hand control on my recliner. A lesson learned to always put the hand unit in the pocket of the recliner if you have a Labrador puppy. I searched hard to find a 6 button, 7 pin matching plug in hopes that it would work. The description and pics on Amazon made it easy to buy this one. My old one was black and the buttons were laid out different but that didn’t scare me. It came in 2 days. I plugged it in and all 6 functions worked perfect. For $71 this was a great buy! My wife said to put it on the list of expenses for owning a dog.

Great accessibility modification
These are great to make recliners that have the buttons built in to the side of the chair more accessible for folx who have trouble reaching down or with the fine motor skills to use recliner functions. You may need to pull up the fabric covering the underside of the recliner to find the connection, it will most likely be under the back side of the chair. Easy plug and play once you find it.

Ok. Mini rant…FYI – Conns furniture insurance policy does not cover your dog eating your 2 month old $3000 couch’s remote. Conns sales guy specifically told me because couch had electronics and I have dogs it would be a good thing to get the coverage…BS…Conns customer service is less than helpful after telling you they won’t cover the remote unless dog had peed on it…. seriously….bodily fluids…mini rant over.So what I did was take a picture of it and did a Google photo search which brought me here. Exact match. I was a little leary because there were only 40 reviews but I couldn’t possibly get anymore irritated than I already was so I took the chance and bought this pricey little gadget to work my extremely pricey brand new sofa. I got it today and just plugged it in and it works perfectly! Thank you to everyone who left a review because those helped me buy this. I completely recommend.For reference I have a transformer power reclining loveseat from Conns ( if you didn’t catch that in my rant ð)

Only one button works
Only one out of the four buttons on this recliner chair works as a replacement for my mother’s original Touch Down Recliner chair from Bob’s Furniture. I’m not sure why that is but for almost $80 it’s a huge disappointment. My mother still decided to keep it because it also has a port to charge her phone, which does work and it looks fancy.
