This item was plug and playWe bought furniture from a local store and had issues with it for about a year after the purchaseAfter multiple service calls and time off work for repairman who couldn’t figure out why the chair wasn’t reclining I got mad and took it upon myself to fix it myself. Let me say I bought this item which is exactly the same as the one on my chair and a motor. It took me about a hour to replace everything I went slow and throughly replaced everything zip ties and all. This process is not hard just pay attention to how you take things apart

Will not connect with the motor on our recliner. This model doesn’t work with the secondary motor on this chair.
