These guys have really thought about solving common issues of smart locks. The various modes of entry are excellent the app is really well designed and the overall quality of the components is high. Highly recommend this product for people who want to retrofit an existing deadlock with a smart lock

Not yet installed, but i have an older version, that works well in our rental business. My comment about the product is only the battery status, in the apps it shows only the high, medium and low. May be in the future they can make battery status in percentage data. But dont worry i have smart thing that shows percentage value of the battery. Highly recommended.

Wow is this a nice lock
Installed easily. App also installed easily.Has a nice quality and look.Fingerprint can be a little fussy and I found just create more users and create more images of your thumb. Eventually you have covered every angle and get consistent results.

Works Great – Easy To Use
This is an outstanding product. The concept is great, and it could not be simpler to install and use when you install the app on your phone. Youâll need a screwdriver and 8 AA batteries; no wiring is required. If you have a lot of foot traffic in your home, this can hold up to 50 codes. You can see when someone enters/exits your home using this with real-time notifications. Itâs compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and more. This is durable and the overall quality is very good.

The lock of the future
Not perfect, but this version has improved. I have a few of previous version of these locks, and this new version has improved fingerprint sensing and is more resistant to the weather due to the new design that doesn’t have to be opened to give key access. I did have one problem where the outside button would no longer lock it, but customer service helped me take it apart and redo the inside plugin to get it working again. They also sent me a new set of screws since I had one strip due to the hole they are inside was too small for my screwdriver. So make sure you have a narrow screwdriver that fits well inside the screws’ holes. Otherwise this is a super convenient device that isn’t too difficult to setup and use.

Easy to install
I should start off by saying that I don’t have any special skills and I have limited experience with diy projects. I really thought that I would need to call a handyman to install it, but thankfully the process was easy enough for a beginner like me. It works really well and I love that the keypad has real buttons instead of just a touchscreen. The app is very user friendly as well and it works great with Alexa.

Functional but felt like a workaround that should be more integrated with the lock solution
I did not realize the Ultraloq that I ordered would not cover the dead bolt hole that was pre drilled in my new garage door. There was not anything I saw on the support site that assisted me but found this from a Google search. The installation was ok because I am an experienced DIYer, but would be more challenging for a rookie.

So many different ways to use
This is so cool, you can use fingerprints, codes and phone to open the door. You can add up to 50 users and codes. I have this at my home but it is perfect for a business with lots of staff who may need codes. I love that itâs a fingerprint lock.

Content included in the box is completely for another version
We bought the fingerprint ( more expensive one ), the box does seems to say fingerprint however the exterior assembly is for card reader version.
