I ordered the short pile and happy that I did. No footprints and super soft on your feet. Piles are tight so far no snags or fibers loosen up to need to vacuum. The color is deep turquoise and gorgeous! Let’s hope it last for many years!

Quality control issue amongst other things
Honest review-Pros-Vibrant color true to advertised picture.Thick and plush under foot.Functions as a rug should.Is a deep thick shag.Looks beautiful.If you ice cube the corners (google it), it corrects corner curling.Cons–The rug measurements are NOT accurate, therefore it is short on one side. This causes the rug to never look even. If youâre like me and stuff like this drives you crazy, BE WARNED!-It arrives folded in a giant square causing unnecessary creases that are virtually impossible to get out! Even after laying flat with nothing on it for days and running a steamer over it to help with natural stretching. I literally let this rug lay flat and âbreatheâ for a week with nothing on it and there is a crease that will NOT come out!! This could be totally avoided if the seller would ship it rolled and not folded!- It had a very undesirable smell! Once I used my steamer to help with above mentioned crease, it seemed to subside. If you donât have a steamer though, Im not sure what youâd do to combat it.- There were random, long pieces of White and Grey fibers sticking out of the surface side of the rug. I had to take sharp nippers and meticulously go through and cut them outâ¦ Not fun.- If you donât have a high functioning vacuum designed to work on high shag carpets, youâll need to get one as this requires cleaning often. Every sticks to it. Without a good vacuum, cleaning is difficult.I started the return process on this rug, but upon reading the instructions I realized I was screwed. In order to return, you have to re-package it in the same manner it was shippedâ¦ as big as this rug is, I would have spent the same price buying the plastic tarp to wrap it up in, not to mention it was heavy AF and I would have has to take it to UPS. So essentially I kept it and am trying to make the best of it until I find a replacement.I absolutely would NOT buy this again and do not recommend you buying it either!

soft and beautiful
i recently moved to an apartment with all hardwood floors. i bought a pink sofa (it’s amazing!) and scoured the innerwebs for a navy blue rug/carpet to go underneath my sofa. i looked at shag carpets (reviews stated too hard to vacuum/clean shag) so i went looking for … carpet looking rugs. and i finally (after months!) landed on this product. i ordered two (2) rugs (after reading the reviews). i am immensely pleased. they unrolled beautifully, i laid them out for a few days to get any humps and bumps to settle and vacuumed the carpets before piecing them together (with gorilla tape strips .. which also sticks them to my hardwood floor). i am delighted!! they vacuum fantastically (i’m running out of adjectives lol) and are soft under my toes and are just: perfect. thank you 🙂

My replacement came immediately
I had a problem with the rug it was cut on an angle a little bit and I didn’t like it so I just filled it out online and they sent me the replacement immediately I think I got it two days later the. I was very impressed the rug itself is very nice it’s very good especially for the money it’s very soft and pretty and I was so impressed with their customer service. I also needed help with a return shipper and instructions and they help me out immediately as well.

Nice rug.
I like the size because I wanted bathroom rugs but they’re always the wrong sizes so I got this to cover almost the entire open floor space. The picture didn’t show the lighter colors of purple mixed in though. It’s lighter than I wanted but still looks good.
