I just received eight fees put them all together and I’m extremely happy. They look very nice and are super comfortable for somebody who is 5’3. Very curious to see how they hold up, due to some of the negative comments regarding the wheels. However, I do question whether it was an install issue. They seemed very sturdy and reasonable to me. The instructions were super clear, and each took me about 15 minutes to put together

The chairs are comfortable and visually appealing; however, I have serious concerns about the structural integrity of the caster attachment design.The way the rollers are fastened appears flawed. There does not seem to be sufficient wood reinforcement beneath the mounting points to properly secure the casters. As a result, with normal use, the attachment points began to weaken and the rollers started collapsing under load.For context, I am 6’3” and 235 lbs well within what most standard dining chairs should reasonably support. Based on my experience, the issue is not comfort but structural durability. I would strongly recommend reinforcing the base design to ensure the casters are anchored into solid support material rather than limited substrate.I was fully refunded but was required to return all 4 of the chairs. which cost me money just to be able to box them and send them back! True headache.

These chair look so nice! However the wheels will not stay on or screwed in and if you lean forward even a little the chairs tip forward. I have had a guest that is about 135 lbs drop down in the chair as one of wheels fell off while she was just sitting there.
