Decent, can see LEDs through diffuser.
Not bad for the price, but the diffuser isnât enough to keep you from seeing the LED Diodes. Also ordered 2 different lengths and the color temperature on each one is different so they canât be used together. Frustrating.

Good Diffused Light, But…
The light is nicely diffused compared to bare bone LED. It’s flexible but it can’t turn corners.
Please be aware that this can’t be plugged into a switched outlet. Once you turn wall switch off and on again, the light remains off until you press the power button on the strip. Another thing is that it doesn’t come with instructions so I have to guess as to where I can cut the strip and shorten it to size. Lastly, the backing does not have adhesive and it comes with mounting screws. Not a bad thing but just to be aware.
Otherwise, a nice diffused light.

Perfect for my childâs Halloween costume (Spotify Halloween play list) I wasnât 100% sure if it would still work after cutting it, but it worked perfectly even when cutting it down to the right size.

Nice than your average LED light strip
I was looking for a nice high quality LED light strip to attach to my truck’s awning for camp nights as these fit the bill perfectly. The silicone outer casing is very well built and the light is nicely diffused for a gentle warm glow unlike other LED strips on the market which are usually harsh bare diodes. The power/brightness button is also easy to use and very sleek looking.

2 Watts not 9 Watts
I got these as a replacement for a 1 watt led string because I wanted significantly higher brightness and they are listed as 9 watts. After installing them they were barely brighter so I hooked up a meter to check power draw. Even at the brightest of their settings they are only drawing 2 watts of power. Meaning that they only offer 22% of the listed power draw. I got 2 strips so I tested both and both were only 2 watts so it’s not just a singular defective unit. And then after 2 days one of the strips went out and wouldn’t turn on no matter what I tried.
Don’t buy these unless you want falsely labeled dim strips that will break quickly.

I wanted to put on a timer, PIR, or dusk-on sensor, but won’t light up when powered through USB. Must toggle switch on.

The light itself is nice, but it did not have the mounting hardware thatâs in the description.
Being that it is silicone double sided tape doesnât stick to it.
