These are great chairs. We have the matching sofa and for the price, you wont get anything better. The leather holds up to two dogs. The one chair had a weird shape to the arms but I am going to get more filler and that should fix it. If you are in the fence get it

I absolutely love the look of these chairs! There is a zippered storage department underneath where you’ll find the hardware. The wooden legs are sturdy, easily screwed in, comes with the Allen wrench and floor protectors. Very comfortable while also promoting good posture.

When a company claims to sell furniture that uses full, aniline, Italian Nappa leather, then they should do just that. The chair we purchased clearly does not use full, aniline, Italian Nappa leather when the surface fades away revealing it’s really pigmented “leather.” I used leather in quotes because I’m not actually sure the arms of our chair are actually real leather. The seller has not gotten back to us for more than a week. The furniture overall has uneven framing, and the seller doesn’t care. You can literally see the rough framing through the supposed Nappa Italian leather, especially on our chair. It’s really just frustrating since one reason you buy full aniline, Nappa leather is to prevent discolored fading or rubbing off of pigmented dyes as you’ll see in the images I’ve uploaded. If the chair actually had full, aniline Nappa leather, as indicated by Valencia Artisan, this would never happen.

I ordered two chairs. The first that I got was directly from the maker. Several weeks later I ordered the same chair from Amazon. So now the two sit close to each other. The Chair bought through Amazon looks new, great cognac color, the cushions look new. The chair bought from The maker looks kind of drab almost light brown, cushions look as though they have had wear. Nice quality leather, very solidly built chairs. I didn’t see this difference until chairs sat together.

Shipping was fast. Bought 2. What was delivered was not what is pictured AT ALL. There is a texture to the material – makes it look cheap. It’s more orange. Very disappointed. I paid almost as much as I would have for West Elm chairs. Box was destroyed so just keeping them. Husband says very comfy. But not the chairs that are pictured – material is all wrong. Easy to assemble and size seems correct.
