The Valencia Artisan Ottoman in Italian Nappa 11000 Top Grain Leather is a stunning piece that looks absolutely beautiful in our space! The leather feels luxurious and high-quality, and it gives us much-needed extra legroom on the couch. We all love it so much that we actually fight over who gets to use it!Although the delivery was delayed (not the seller’s fault), the customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, we’re thrilled with this ottoman—it’s stylish, comfortable, and well worth it! Highly recommend.

STURDY TOP QUAILITY
I was skeptical to purchase furniture online without seeing it first, but the ottoman once the ottoman was delivered I was very pleased with the purchase. Valencia’s customer service is top notch and they even called me before and after the ottoman was delivered. The ottoman arrived carefully packaged and with minor assembly to screw in the solid wood legs. The leather is soft and the frame is solid wood. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.

Good leather
I liked the leather quality , overall look and feel of the leather. . Looks good in my Living room. However it was a little less comfortable than I wanted. I sink more into the back of the seat and do not feel like that is much low back support- I used a lumbar support pillow and it gave me better posture in the chair . Maybe a love seat is supposed to not have the low back support- I don’t know. I like that love seat for its beauty , nice leather feel and smell. Legs go on easily and give good support and look stylish. Customer support was very good Overall a very good product with reasonable value for the price. They called me after delivery to see if everything was ok. I was impressed with that

This product is high quality, no doubt
I purchased this ottoman primarily for health reasons. I need to keep my legs elevated. It’s also perfect because I have a large dog who loves to plant herself on my lap. This ottoman provides that extra space needed so we both can get our needs met. I love it.
