Great chair but shipping damage
Beautiful chair and comfortable. Wish the headrest wasn’t manual but it works. The shipping was hard on the chair and we still have wrinkles on the arm. We were hoping it would work it’s way out but it hasn’t.

High quality, incredible customer support
Absolutely gorgeous sofa…the leather is like butter and the construction is rock solid. Sofa came in two boxes (one half of sofa in each, fully assembled) which fit into our building’s smaller elevators. Simply unbox, attach the two sections (easier with two people), and plug in. Fyi, each half of the recliner has it’s own plug and the cords come out of the back of sofa , so unless it’s up against a wall, it’s a bit unsightly. It may be possible to re-do a portion of the wiring so that the plug comes out the bottom instead of the back, but we didn’t try.Regarding comfort, the sofa is very supportive and well designed, but on the firmer side. The foot rest also does not elevate your feet as high as some recliners, which affects comfort slightly. The adjustable headrests are a bonus, although they are manual. We adjusted to the firmness and are happy with the comfort so far.The real stand out is the customer service. We were contacted right away to confirm the sale, given frequent updates via phone, and got a scheduled delivery time. When we were unpacking, we had some questions that were all answered immediately. All around, the seller is a dream to deal with!

Beautiful genuine leather chair
It was beautifully packed. The leather is gorgeous; however, the color is a brighter white than I expected. The chair is extremely heavy, and the housing of mechanism is very low making it difficult to sweep under.

What I was looking for
I was initially skeptical about buying recliners online without trying them out first. But the style and color were exactly what I was looking for, and they fit perfectly within my budget—so I figured, why not give it a shot? Worst case, I could always use them in the basement as decorative pieces.When the chairs first arrived, I wasn’t quite sure how I felt. They looked beautiful, but I had doubts about how comfortable they’d actually be. After spending some time figuring out how to recline and adjust the headrest properly, I have to say—I’m very pleased with my purchase.I haven’t had them long enough to speak on longevity, but for the price, these recliners are a great value. Plus, the customer service is fantastic. They really go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.

We are very satisfied with the leather quality and construction. Also has a USB port to charge your phone. It is so comfortable and my wife is thrilled with it.
