Love it ,gorgeous. Easy to assemble. Looks amazing. Super comfortable. Firm seat with coils ,very comfortable. Deep seating so you can stretch out. Back Cushions Are actually perfect. You’ll need the 2 pillows.That comes with the sofa because it’s hard to get all the way back Being that it’s deep seated. I absolutely.Love this sofa. Quality is excellent. Leather is very nice.I was apprehensive being that.I ordered it online.Everybody thought I was crazy. I took a chance and i’m so happy I did. It’s everything I wanted in a sofa. I have pets and I can just wipe it ,And the hair is gone. The price is actually Very fair considering it’s real leather Deep seated.Deep seated sofas are very expensive and not easy to find. The color is gorgeous. What more can I say?I love it.I highly recommend this sofa to anybody who wants deep-seated.Comfortable lounge style quality beautiful leather sofa.One more thing, the customer service is impeccable.They’re amazing.They literally call you up to make sure you’re happy with your sofa. Bethany great customer service. I would definitely buy from this company agan.

We love our couch
The couch is of outstanding quality. Its sleek design is perfect for mid-century/modern interior decoration. The legs are metal and very easy to attach to the sofa. We’re also most grateful to Michael Ibarra of the Valencia Theater Seating for such an excellent service. He provided us with all the instructions for the delivery of the couch and even helped us get it delivered sooner than the delivery company intended. Stylish Sofa, Frustrating Issues
I got the Valencia Isabella 88” Wide Sofa in Italian Nappa 11000 full-grain leather (Cognac). I honestly love how it looks — the color, shape, and size fit my space perfectly. But the quality just isn’t what I expected for the price. Two of the legs snapped off not long after I set it up, and I was careful with it. The box was banged up when it arrived, so maybe that played a part, but the screw brackets for the legs were also drilled at an angle, not straight. The frame feels uneven and one side sinks lower when someone sits down. There’s also a part underneath that looks out of alignment, which makes that side sag. The cushions got lumpy fast, the stitching isn’t very clean, and there’s a chemical smell that still hasn’t gone away. I also noticed a few areas where the leather color looks slightly off in normal light. I’ve managed to make it work by just using it without the legs, which actually fixes the biggest issue, but still — for what this sofa costs, the overall build quality feels off. The design is great, but it doesn’t feel as solid or premium as it should. I didn’t return it because it’s a huge hassle getting it down from my third floor and I don’t want to deal with the shipping waste, but I really think a partial refund or discount would be fair. It’s a nice piece visually, just not built like one in this price range.

A really great couch, would highly recommend
Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase, from the delivery/customer service, the comfort, design itself, to the overall addition it brings to my living room. If you’re looking for a brown leather couch, this couldn’t be a better option. The couch is honestly very comfortable from the start and after some time, becomes even better. The leather is great quality, something I see lasting for years to come which I couldn’t be happier about. Overall, this couch is a 10/10 in my book and would highly recommend to anyone interested.

Great couch!
I looked for a while before I decided on this piece. It’s a great size and the leather material is soft and very comfortable. It took a bit longer than expected for delivery but the customer service reps were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend the product and the company.

Très heureuse avec mon achat. Aussitot acheté, on m’a envoyé un courriel avec les informations de livraison, un nom et un numéro de téléphone à contacter en cas de besoin. On m’a aussi contacter par téléphone pour le suivi. Excellent service à la clientèle. Je n’étais pas à l’aise de commander un divan en ligne mais je ne le regrette pas du tout car il est vraiment magnifique et exactement tel que décrit.
