Excellent furnishing and outstanding customer service
This Valencia leather loveseat attractively finishes a living room grouping with two nice leather chairs from a different manufacturer — the cognac leather tone is a beautiful match and the styles are attractively compatible. Construction is solid, the leather is high quality and pleasing to touch, and the details show first-class workmanship. Seating is comfortable, and the leather throw pillows make it perfectly adjustable for settling in. The styling is adaptable to fit in with other furniture and it lends itself nicely to the personal touches I like to add. For fun, I made it up for my German Shepherd to enjoy — and the enclosed pictures shows him doing just that. I will tell him later that it’s not actually just his loveseat and I reserve the right to change the look… Meantime, he’s happy.Last, but absolutely not least, I want to give high marks to the excellent customer service that Valencia provided at several points along the way between the purchase and installation of the loveseat. They checked on the original order, gave me detailed plans about delivery, followed up, answered questions, helped with the inevitable delivery snafu, and when everything was completed, checked on me again to be sure everything was satisfactory. I didn’t have to track them down — they found me. I value that kind of service and rate it as above-and-beyond. I would certain not hesitate to buy from this merchant again.I expect this purchase to be one we’ll enjoy for a long time to come. It’s got that vibe.

100% glad we took a chance on an online loveseat! Pure quality.
We are so happy that we stumbled across the Jasper loveseat. The search for the perfect cognac couch was taking forever and we were about to give up after looking at hundreds of similar looking couches with slight differences or huge range in quality. Eventually we stumbled on the Jasper and though “Well here’s something with a unique flair.” It didn’t take too long for us to make that decision once we knew this existed.However, even when we hit the buy button there was a huge part of us that felt the unnerving feeling of: “Did we make the right choice? If it’s wrong, how the heck do we even deal with shipping? What if the color is awful in real life?” Thankfully it all worked out. This couch is an absolute game-changer for our living room.First off, it’s just so darn nice. The style? On point. The comfort? Off the charts. The leather quality? So lovely. The seams? Professionally finished. Can a guest sit on this couch without you silently praying that it won’t collapse? Heck yes! Seriously, every time we have guests over, we get nothing but compliments on this beauty. And let me tell you, they’re well-deserved.What really sets it apart is the attention to detail and the customer support. From the plush cushions to the leather, it’s clear that every aspect was carefully considered. As for the support, this company goes above and beyond. We placed the order and within the day or two we had a follow-up call from their team to confirm the order and next steps. Scheduling was easy, delivery was on time, and even once the chair was delivered we had an additional one or two touchpoints with their team. Incredibly professional and easy to work with.In short, it’s a winner. I want to buy more of their products but we simply don’t have the space to make it work. This is an easy 5 out of 5.

First rate quality!
Iâm so glad I chose this sofa. I also bought the matching chair. All I can say is, Iâm very impressed with the quality of the leather the stitching and the bolstering. The sofa and chairshould last many years. I highly recommend them both and the price is unbelievably good for what you get. Iâve had furniture that cost more money than this and wasnât half is good.

Year and a half review
After a year and a half itâs still holding up well but itâs not comfy whatsoever. The middle cushion has sagged some from my husband constantly sitting on the edge to work on puzzles on the coffee table. The other cushions tilt you forward. The color is just what I wanted and it looks great in my living room but itâs definitely not a âget cuddled up and watch tvâ couch. I wouldnât buy it again, Iâd look for one that would be more comfy.

Beautiful, comfortable, fair price.
This sofa looks chic in a modern context and it has the higher, more comfortable back. Sofa and congac color as pictured. Would integrate beautifully with most styles. Comfortable, aesthetic/balanced, good hand feel, and hopefully rugged. My only issue was that the shipping box was punctured, thankfully where the bottom of the piece was housed, and the lining was torn there âby six inches. I DO appreciate scaling back on foam protection products for the environment, but it could have used a bit more protection. Despite this minor issue, very happy with product quality, and responsiveness of seller.Shipping was fast and delivery, painless.

Good quality leather sofa. It looks great and the height is just right and comfortable. Great for homes with pets and easy to keep clean. The customer service team was excellent when I made a mistake cancelling the order due to misunderstanding. They quickly helped me to rectify the issue and the sofa arrived swiftly. Very pleased with the purchase.
