amazing quality for the price!
I was a bit cautious about this purchase because I typically don’t buy anything on Amazon with sub-4 star ratings, but I took a chance on this couch and I’m glad I did. It shipped promptly and arrived in two large boxes – you’ll definitely need two people to move the boxes and assemble this couch, but assembly was fairly straightforward. It took my friend and I a little more than an hour to get it fully put together. The cushions come flat in vacuum-sealed bags – I kept them in their packaging until it was time to put everything together, and they took about a day to fully fluff up. Note that the back cushions and armrest pillows are not exceptionally fluffy, as other reviewers have noted, but they definitely do the job and you could easily add throw pillows for extra comfort.I’ve had this couch set up for about a week now, and I mostly keep it in sleeper bed mode because it’s so cozy. I have a pretty small apartment, and I love that I can host movie nights or have a friend stay the night if needed. It also works well as extra seating. The sleeper mode does not go all the way flat as pictured – you still have the backrest that stays upright – but seeing as I’ve fallen asleep on this couch multiple times, I don’t think that will be an issue with overnight guests. The storage chaise is a huge plus for storing extra blankets or bedding too. The boucle fabric is very soft and looks amazing, but I will note that if you have pets, it’s easy for them to snag their nails on. Just something to keep in mind! Overall would definitely recommend this couch, especially for those on a budget since this is so much more affordable than other similar styles I found.

Wrong description, poor quality, and bad customer service
My experience with the pull-out couch has been nothing short of frustrating. The advertised dimensions were misleading, turning what should have been a seamless addition to my space into a logistical nightmare. I purchased this product almost solely on the size of the sleeping area. It turns out that itâs 7inches shorter than advertised. Iâm not sure if they pay for reviews but the only other review mentioning the size discrepancy is buried in wave of reviews.The product’s quality is also a letdown, with cheap materials that scream lack of durability. The wood slats are awful and the welds are inconsistent. This is my third pull-out/sleeper purchased around this price point and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. It’s disappointing when a piece of furniture doesn’t live up to expectations, especially when you rely on accurate product information for an online purchase.Adding to the dissatisfaction is the customer service, which proved to be unhelpful and unresponsive. I expected a smoother resolution process, but it seems the company falls short in addressing customer concerns. It took over 48 hours for them to just tell me to send the couch back.Attempting to return the couch has become a Herculean task due to its substantial size and impractical packing requirements. The boxes the couch came in were damaged during shipping and the seller seemed unbothered by this. Per policy it would be my job to dismantle the product (understandably), and to pay for shipping materials (frustrating). Itâs a pain to spend 2 hours building something only to realize that the item is smaller than advertised and to have to spend more time to dismantle it and pack it up. Then to take the 200 pound item to a courier. The sheer inconvenience of managing the return process has left me questioning the overall integrity of this companyThree days in, the third party seller offered me a partial refund in order to buy a trundle frame and bedding to extend the sleeping area to meet the advertised size. Sadly, it means another thing to store and have to set up, taking the ease out of using this couch.In summary, this pull-out couch has been a regrettable purchase, from inaccurate dimensions to subpar quality and unhelpful customer service. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend exploring alternatives with more accurate information and better customer support.

For the price the couch its truly exceptionalâ my husband and I are very much stuck in an apartment as we have been saving for a house and with the housing market it just isnât possible. Weâve held onto our shredded Facebook marketplace sectional that was so comfy but so old and hanging on by a thread. I have a dream couch I want to save for when we do the a home, and it looks pretty similar to this one. Putting it together was SO easy. The color and texture is SO pretty and the pull out lounge is SO ridiculously easy to go in and out.What I will say is: the couch is very comfy if the lounge is out, it isnât super comfy without it. The back is super low which is what Iâve always thought Iâve wanted but the cushions arenât connected to the back and arenât as fluffy as they look. A bunch of throw pillows helped tremendously so before getting discouraged throw on some throw pillows and try again. It really changed everything. Itâs so comfy laying which is good and bad since I can fall asleep in one minute bcs itâs so comfy and sitting upright isnât as cozy- but if thatâs the biggest complaint we are in great shape and not in debt what more can you ask for?This is the PERFECT couch for a couple or single person (we have 4 cats). They were incredibly attached to our old couch, they used it as their oversized scratching post and wouldnât get off of it to allow us to get it out of the apartment. It took a few days and now the cats absolutely love it.Now the bad: who ever ships this product needs to get there stuff together delivery wise. Timing it was great, on time per the estimated date and in two packages (1 the first day then the 2nd the next). Both boxes were completely destroyed, open, and ripped? It was so bizarre like someone threw them down a mountain. Shockingly the couch wasnât damaged and each piece was wrapped so the fabric wasnât damaged but it was just al strange and we were incredibly nervous that we made a bad choice.Truly in the week weâve had the couch thatâs the only negative thing I have to say and with that being said you truly canât beat it for the price. If we can get two or three years out of it we will be stoked. Thanks!!!
