Good storage, hinged lid
I have a million blankets and needed a better way of storing them and felt a chest would be the best option. This chest has good storage space: I fit 10+ blankets including 2 bulky heated blankets with ease. It’s also not too heavy to move around once assembled (it did come with some pegs for feet, but I chose not to attach them as it is sitting on carpet).The hinge lid works well, it stays open and doesn’t creep closed. The only thing I would note about the hinges is they are tight and have to be pushed down for the lid to close fully.I would say for sturdiness, it’s as expected with the use of MDF material (the lid I’m sure would crack with heavy weight on it, and I’m sure the screws would loosen with repeated use). Overall, it assembled easily (just myself), it did take me a little time but I wanted to ensure it was flush and assembled correctly. I did struggle a little with the hinges, but nothing unbearable. I had no issues with misalignment, all pieces were available and in good condition, they also included a separate bag of spare pieces (which was good because one of the dows was damaged). I did have to clean it off first because it came with a lot of manufacturing dust on it. I just used a simple solution with a cloth and it cleaned easily.Overall, I’d say it’s a nice looking piece of furniture that has a good storage capacity, and came at a reasonable price.

Not only was this easy to put together, it looks great! It doesn’t look like flat pack furniture and is perfect for storing extra bedding at the end of the bed.

Clear instructions and handsome
Before I opened the packaging, I had my doubts, but after an easy hour and a half assembly, it revealed its beauty. Directions were easy to follow and everything every piece fit in beautifully. They even thought to supply extra hardware. We assembled a lot of furniture from different providers and this was one was packaged well, had clear instructions and good hardware.I was expecting a bad smell and there was none. It’s surprisingly sturdy and well constructed. It fits right into the room. And I would recommend it.

Really easy to put together.
So I bought this because it was really cheap and looked decent. It does not disappoint in person. It was so easy to put together that I did it by myself. That lid is a soft closing lid. They even give you a sticker to hide one of the screws in the front, which was really nice detail. I wanted it to be able to moved around, so I actually put wheels on the bottom. And that was really easy to do. I highly recommend this if you do not want to spend an arm and leg on a toybox, but want something really nice. I don’t know the durability of it because I haven’t used it that long, and my child is also nine so I don’t know how the wear and tear with the younger child would be. But it seems pretty sturdy.
