It is sturdy, great size and fits a lot more books and things than I thought. Since its shelves are angular, they are deeper than expected and thus fit a lot of things!Thanks to amazon function of being able to project the image of the piece in your space, I knew it would work perfect for the small corner in my sons room that I didn’t quite know how to maximize. This is a nice, sturdy, shelving unit. I use it as a small TV stand in our guest bedroom/kids playroom. I wish it was a bit taller between shelves so that it would accommodate the kids’ larger books, but it’s still an asset for the room!
