Easy to assemble, look great, really comfortable
These are great stools! They were easy to put together, they are actually comfortable to sit on, and I got the gray with chrome base and they look amazing. The company customer service was probably the highlight for me. The screws for two of the stools were missing so I emailed them to ask about sending me some screws. They wrote back within 12 hours to let me know that they had shipped me the screws and provided me with a tracking number. Screws came in within three days. Very satisfied with the stools, would highly recommend!

Buyer Beware: Missing Half of the Order
I will start off by saying the product looks as advertised, was easy too assemble, and is comfortable.THE PROBLEM IS THEY ONLY SHIPPED 2 OF THE 4 CHAIRS.This says pack of 4, but they only sent me too. When I called the VECELO, I got a voicemail simuliar to that of a regular person. No callback number or name, just a voicemail saying leave a message.In the end, it was Amazon Support, NOT VECELO, that helped me. Shout out too Maria who helped refund half of the cost of the item since I was missing 2.All in all, the stools look nice enough, which earns 2 stars, but the company support loses it the remaining 3.TL;DR I am missing half of my order, the company was no help, I received half of my money back.UPDATE: I finished putting the 2 they sent me together. Both of the seats are cracked before I even sat down. Lowering review. 1 star. Terrible
