For the most part these are perfect. They are comfy, sturdy, soft, and look beautiful (especially with my 90’s pink counters that have a gold inlay). Unfortunately, there was a hole in the box and the small bag that was supposed to contain the screws had a hole in it too. The screws had all fallen out of the bag and were loose in the box. Luckily only one of the screws fell out of the hole that was in the corner of the box. All in all the chairs were super easy to put together and I truly love them. I will be sending an email to the manufacturer to try and get a replacement screw. We will see how easy that is. On another note, these chairs come in boxes that contain 2 chairs each. I ordered 4 chairs but Amazon managed to leave one box behind. It took talking to 5 different people with Amazon before someone finally helped me with a viable solution for getting me the missing 2 chairs. I was not at all happy with how Amazon was handling the situation so I’m glad the 5th person I spoke with was finally able to help me with rectifying the situation without creating a huge headache for me.Update: the company was very quick to respond about the missing screw issue and have assured me they are shipping a replacement now. Very happy with this company so far!

I love it. It looks exactly like the picture and is of really high quality—simple, beautiful, comfortable, and made of thick, sturdy metal. It’s also the perfect size. The back support is a bit small, but it still keeps you upright. Overall, I think this is fantastic.
