The lock was easy to install and simple to add your fingerprints and can hold up to 20 prints, it’s a nice solid weight. The key works great we choose to use the fingerprints though, we also feel very safe. I highly recommend this lock

Way better than my Schlage digital deadbolt
The auto-actuating deadbolt of this (where the lock moves the deadbolt itself) versus a digital lock that engages the knob to lock and unlock is just a better design. I had the Schlage deadbolt with the knob on both sides that was engaged by an exciter actuator but it was super inconsistent. I’d been living with it for a couple years, and it got to the point where I was ready to go back to a key-only lock. … Enter the Veise Fingerprint door lock… this thing does it all: Pass code, keyed tumbler (using Kwikset blank), finger print sensor, all in a complete and easy to use and setup package. This thing has worked every time, it’s actually pretty amazing. For around fifty bux, I wish I hadn’t dealt with that Schlage piece of garbage for so long. Live and learn. Highly recommend this product for anyone wanting an easy access, simple setup, and low cost of entry, digital deadbolt lock.

Great for the money
Works well, easy to program, reliable mechanism, lock cylinder seems decent though I’ve only had to use the key twice.Indeed, it was only twice in the 3 or 4 months I’ve had it that it decided to take a nap, requiring me to get a key out of the lockbox to get in the house.Both times I removed a battery and reinserted it, and it turned back on and worked fine, didn’t forget any settings, codes of fingerprints, so that was good.If it hadn’t napped those two times I would give it 5+ stars.

Working Perfectly ð
The bolt lock was an easy install for my family member who installed for me. Install took mÃnima time, under 20 minutes to uninstall the existing and install this one. It has been on a week and so far no issues. Doesn’t look or feel cheap, looks to be durable. As of now, loving the fingerprint convenience and auto lock feature as well as the programmable codes. All working well. I have yet to make copies of the hard key ð ð — came with 2 though.

Love this keypad!
We are a family of 6. Most of us leave the house at different times and get home at different times so we just leave the front door unlocked in our small little town. Ugh! It may be all the crime podcasts and crime shows I watch but I have been wanting a secure way of locking our front door so itâs convenient for everyone to use and not accidentally lose a key along the way. We rented a house a house last fall that had a keypad and it was easy to use. When this keypad came up as a discounted possibility with great reviews, I went ahead a got it. Especially intrigued with the fingerprint access. Shipping was quick but the install wasnât. lol No fault of this keypad though. The directions were great. There must have been 6 different deadbolts installed in my very old door so I had to finagle the screw holes in the door jam and then find my husbandâs hole making drill to make the hole in the door bigger. Not sure what it is even called! We have used it for about 2 weeks now and love it! The best part was having the kidâs get âfingerprintedâ to open the door. They loved that possibility! The company provided a simple chart to program the door that is easy to read. I set it to automatically lock after so many seconds of it being opened. This is that extra security I was hoping for. It does come with 2 keys just in case the batteries die and time will tell how often we need to change the batteries but so far so good. We even programmed my parents âfingerprintsâ too which they thought was pretty cool. Sometimes you have to place your finger on the sensor twice but no more than that before it opens. I like the availability of the different colors and got the one to match of old door handle. You can set a temporary number code for guests too which is a great option when we have company. You can also program up to 20 fingerprints! So far we have done 8 without issues. It is loud when it opens and shuts the deadbolt but it doesnât bother us and it lets us know when someone is home! Pretty happy with it so far.

Muy buena y practica, me gusto el acceso con huellas, pues puedo registrar al personal de servicio y evitar le pasen claves a terceros; sin embargo, para anular una huella necesito la huella, se pierde el proposito.

Hace 2 meses comprÃ© la cerradura para mi puerta principal. Fue fÃ¡cil de instalar pero, para no fallar, leÃ las instrucciones y vi el video. No tuve que hace mas hoyos, con el que tenia de mi cerradura anterior fue suficiente. La programaciÃ³n tambiÃ©n fue fÃ¡cil para mi pero tambiÃ©n hay que leer tranquilamente las instrucciones. Le instalÃ© hace 2 meses las pilas y aun siguen funcionando sin problemas, no se han descargado. Abrimos siempre con la huella digital y hasta el dÃa de hoy, nunca ha fallado.Creo que hice una excelente compra. Estamos encantados con Ã©sta cerradura!
