Wish I’d gotten this sooner!
Great product! Love not having to have your key out at the door. Just simply put your finger on the door and it unlocks. Simple installation. Great price. Fit door perfectly!

The best modern auto door lock
Installation was super easy. My teenager did it in less than 20 minutes. We love that it has so many options. Aside from bio metrics, we appreciate that we can set our own individual pass code and we can also unlock it using our phones. So convenient and sophisticated! Aesthetically, itâs also great! Donât think twice, if you want to upgrade your door lock, this is the best choice!

Mismatched parts
We just installed it and seems to work ok. However, I cant get over the fact that the handleset and the handle lever do not match in style. One is modern and one is more traditional. I just saw another smart lock set on Amazon that has the same handle lever with the matching handleset. May not matter to some, but to me it does. Still mulling over a return.

Installed in November. Absolutely love it. So many options. Elegant and good manufacturing. Fingerprint works well, even sub freezing temps.

In addition to it being so elegant and fairly compact in size it is fairly quite the app is effective but only works with Bluetooth tech requires a separate purchase of gateway G2 to bridge to WiFi lacks door condition censor which makes the auto lock works in isolation generally you get maximum value for your money with this lock and door handle package

Good features i like about this lock is it automatically locks the door if u forgot to lock it but don’t worry even it you lock yourself outside without keys in hand, it has a fingerprint pad that locks and unlocks the door. Additionally, it also has a keypad you can punch it your code to unluck the door. Hence keys aren’t really needed. Get this and take your home security a step further.

Fingerprint and passcode doesnt work
For some reason I was able to change the passcode and fingerprint and after saving it both doesnt recignize it!!! My fob key still work but I bought this for convenience and that fingerprint and passcode should work. It keeps locking me up due to wrong passcode alentry and fingerprint, Im in a middle of the night and I have to ask and call my dad to wake him up and open the door for me. Now I have to keep my key fob and so stressful if I have to uninstall it and replace with a new one. Its so stressful you wanna go home and have a rest but this problem came up! Im so angry that after installing it both convenient feature doesnt work! Maybe youâll tell that I set it up incorrectly but why is it both doesnât work so sudden. Even fingerprint of my dad stopped working and keeps locking us up to try again later

Super Easy Installation!
This was really easy to install! I actually liked my old door knob so I only replaced the deadbolt with the keypad. I love it! I can lock and unlock easily on the app. I was able to program 6 different fingerprints. Fantastic product!
