Installed a new door & let hubbs pick the hardware. He did good! Excellent quality, locks as it should, all features work properly & the fingerprint recognition is on point. Happy wife, happy life!

Very nice lock set
The instructions were easy to follow, the value was well worth it. Look is very nice. The app is easy to use and functionality is great. Much better than getting keys for my preteens with phones.

Combination Door Lock
Easy to install into the existing holes of the door, and I love being able to control the locking mechanism without a key. There was one confusing thing. There were two parts joined in the packaging, but they had to be separated to install it. It took me a bit to figure out.

Awesome lock
We love this door lock! Such a cool way to keep your house protected. I love that thereâs multiple ways to unlock your door. Thereâs an app you download to type in a 4 digit code to unlock your door, a little key fob you keep on your keys, or a key. So if you left the house and left the key and key fob in the house you can type in your code. Also you can assign different codes for each family member.

Worst Door Knob and Customer Service, EVER
Bought this door knob for our front door because the price was great and it was the style we were looking for. Door knob arrived as described. We waited a couple of weeks to install due to our door being painted. When we finally did get to install it, within less than 24 hours after install, it quit working and I was locked out of my house. The piece inside that causes the knob to turn and pull the latch shifted so it would not turn the latch to open the door from the outside. I called customer service and explained the issue. The representative was nice and offered to ship a brand new knob to replace it. It took over a week for that new knob to arrive. When it did arrive, it was in an unlabeled brown box with no protective packaging. The door knob was significantly scratched and obviously used. Not only that, but it was also broken with the exact same issue as the first knob. I called customer service again and requested a manager. The manager asked for pictures of the second knob that was delivered. I provided them and they offered to send another replacement. I requested the knob be sent via overnight shipping since we were at the end of our 30 day return window. The manager denied my request and said I could either wait for the replacement or request a refund through Amazon. We purchased new knob that is MUCH better quality through Loweâs and guess what!? It wasnât broken or used when we opened it. I will not buy anything else from this brand moving forward. Iâve attached pictures of the second knob they sent us, straight out of the box and how it was packaged when we opened the box.
