Very lumpy. Looks nothing like the photo as flat and put together. Allowed over a week for it to fill out before I made a review. Its comfy but you definitely fall through the cracks.its now been over a month and its very lopsided and the pieces come apart when are sitting on it and you fall through, do not recommend

Had the couch for a couple months. The couch is nice and comfortable but it didn’t fully expand in some areas. Now only a couple months in the couch has areas that sunk in. The ottoman also has sunken in. I love the couch just wish it was more durable.
